Day 2 Of 40 Days Prayer And Fasting [Thursday January 12, 2017]
REPENTANCE: Acts 3:19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.
Joel 2:13 And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the Lord your God: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil.
1. Father in the name of Jesus, thank you for giving me another opportunity to restitute my ways and to please you.
2. Father wipe away my transgressions that may be standing against me , return unto me and have mercy on me in Jesus name.
3. Father in the name of Jesus, grant me grace to let go of every habits that leads to disobedience and turn to God, performing deeds that is worthy of true repentance
4. Father in the name of Jesus, compel me not to take your grace for granted, and deliver me from unprofitable behaviors whilst the promise of entering your rest still stand.
5. Father in the name of Jesus, in all our services this year , at the City of David ,let your grace that bring salvation be made manifest, let the Holy Spirit minister to everyone that will be in attendance and let there be genuine repentance , and give us a heart that thirst for more of God
