Verse 1 (Yadah)
I will worship in the morning
In the noon and in the night
You’ve been good, and my soul knows very well
For Your goodness satisfies me
Your mercies my advantage
They are sweet unto my soul
For you are God
And you will reign forever
I will give you praise
For all that you do
And your mercies that never end
You are faithful, your faithfulness is sure
I will worship you for all that you have done
Ye-eh-eh

Chorus

In the noon and in the night
It is good unto my soul
For Your goodness and Your mercies
All Your kindness in my life
They are sweet unto my soul

You are God
And You will reign forever
I will open up my heart
To Your word (Repeat)

Verse 2 (Dr. Paul)
Through the rain and through the storms
And through the sunshine in my life
You’ve been good unto me Lord
Through the darkness, through the heartbreaks
Through the rough times in my life
You’ve been good unto me Lord

DCLM Daily Manna – He Is Risen!

DCLM Daily Manna

DCLM Daily Manna 4 April 2021 Devotional By Pastor W. F Kumuyi – He Is Risen!

TOPIC: He Is Risen!

TEXT: John 20:1-10

1 The first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre.

2 Then she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them, They have taken away the Lord out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him.

3 Peter therefore went forth, and that other disciple, and came to the sepulchre.

4 So they ran both together: and the other disciple did outrun Peter, and came first to the sepulchre.

5 And he stooping down, and looking in, saw the linen clothes lying; yet went he not in.

6 Then cometh Simon Peter following him, and went into the sepulchre, and seeth the linen clothes lie,

7 And the napkin, that was about his head, not lying with the linen clothes, but wrapped together in a place by itself.

8 Then went in also that other disciple, which came first to the sepulchre, and he saw, and believed.

9 For as yet they knew not the scripture, that he must rise again from the dead.

10 Then the disciples went away again unto their own home.

KEY VERSE: “For as yet they knew not the scripture, that he must rise again from the dead.” – (John 20:9)

MESSAGE:

Faith is trusting God even when you do not understand His plan. During the earthly ministry of Jesus Christ, He never minced words about His mission on earth coupled with the reality about His betrayal, death, burial, resurrection and ascension.

Mary Magdalene, one of the followers of the Saviour whom He had set free from sin and delivered from demonic powers, driven by passion and gratitude, on one of her visits to the tomb to anoint His body, discovered that the stone covering the entrance had been rolled away and the body of Jesus Christ seemingly missing. Not able to comprehend what actually happened, she went to report her findings to Peter and John who also came, saw but went back home not able to really figure out what must have happened. But Mary, for her piety and passion to see her Redeemer, decided to remain there. This act of devotion and commitment eventually gifted her with the glorious privilege of being the first to see the physically risen Lord.

Hers was a heart full of grace, gratitude, extraordinary courage and steadfastness that made her defy all odds in her quest to unravel the mystery of her resurrected Lord. The slowness of the disciples to easily remember and believe the story of His resurrection made Christ to upbraid them at a later meeting. The resurrection of Jesus Christ is very significant to our faith and it gives us hope of a blissful eternity.

The Master still calls us today to a life of wholehearted devotion, piety and commitment to Him and His cause. The resurrection of Jesus Christ signifies victory over satanic machination and powers. As we trust Him today and lay hold on His promises, He will make us experience our own resurrection on the last day.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:
The Christian’s hope of heaven is rooted in Christ’s resurrection.

THE BIBLE IN ONE YEAR:

Seeds Of Destiny Devotional – The Victory Of The Resurrection

Pastor Paul Enenche

Dunamis’ Seeds Of Destiny 4 April 2021 Devotional By Pastor Paul Enenche – The Victory Of The Resurrection

TOPIC: The Victory Of The Resurrection

The victory of Christianity is the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

SCRIPTURE: And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth Go ye therefore….Matthew 28:18-19.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The Victory of the resurrection is the victory of light over darkness.

Today symbolically marks the anniversary of the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. Our Master, Jesus Christ, rose in victory on the behalf of mankind.

The victory of Christianity is the resurrection of Jesus Christ. If He was only crucified and buried but did not rise, there would have been no need for church. Paul the Apostle confirms this when he says, “If Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain.” (1 Corinthians 15:14). But we thank God that Jesus Christ arose. He’s alive. Amen!

Now, what is the victory of the resurrection? It is:

  1. The victory of life over death (1 Cor. 15:55-57).

The victory of the Cross is the victory of life over death. It is the victory that life won over the forces of death. Death came to bury life, but it couldn’t conquer life.

  1. The victory of light over darkness.

The victory of the resurrection is the victory of light over darkness. The light shines in darkness and the darkness comprehends it not (John 1:5). The forces of darkness came to bury light but it was not possible. Light dissipated darkness. The victory of the resurrection is therefore, the victory of light over darkness.

  1. The victory of the truth over lie.

The victory of the Cross is the victory of the truth of God’s word over the lies of the devil. Jesus Christ, the Way, the Truth and the Life (John 14:6), prevailed over the devil, the father of all lies (John 8:44). Lie came to fight the truth but the truth prevailed over lie. It is the victory of the truth over lie.

My counsel to you is, key into the victory of the resurrection and reject every form of captivity.

Remember this: The Victory of the resurrection is the victory of light over darkness.

ASSIGNMENTS:

  1. Go through today’s message once again.
  2. Make up your mind to key into the victory of resurrection and reject every form of enemy captivity and bondage.

PRAYER: Thank You Lord for the victory of the resurrection. I reject every form of captivity and bondage in my life Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

FOR FURTHER UNDERSTANDING, GET THIS MESSAGE: FROM THE CROSS TO THE GRAVE TO THE RISE.

QUOTE: …You either need to surrender your life to the Lordship of Jesus Christ by accepting His sacrificial death on Calvary for you or you need to re-dedicate your life to Jesus Christ. Culled from “21 FOOLISH THINGS PEOPLE DO” by Dr Paul Enenche.

DAILY READING: 2 Chronicles 7-9.

AMAZING FACT: The King James Version of the Bible contains 788,258 words, 31,102 verses, 1,189 chapters, and 66 books

PROPHETIC DECLARATION/WORD: The victory of the resurrection be made manifest in every facet of your life in Jesus’ Name.

Today’s devotional was written by Pastor Paul Enenche of the Dunamis International Gospel Centre (DIGC), headquartered at Abuja, Nigeria, with Pastor Paul and Becky Enenche, as the Senior Pastors. You Did It All - Chysire

This new song is one that emphasizes on the constant faithfulness of God and all He has done for us all through the period when the whole world was ravaged by the global pandemic. She further reminds us through this powerful song that whatever God does is forever just like it was emphasized in Ecclesiastes 3:14a “I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever”.

DCLM Daily Manna – Never Be Despondent

DCLM Daily Manna

DCLM Daily Manna 3 April 2021 Devotional By Pastor W. F Kumuyi – Never Be Despondent

TOPIC: Never Be Despondent

TEXT: Job 30:1-14

1 But now they that are younger than I have me in derision, whose fathers I would have disdained to have set with the dogs of my flock.

2 Yea, whereto might the strength of their hands profit me, in whom old age was perished?

3 For want and famine they were solitary; fleeing into the wilderness in former time desolate and waste.

4 Who cut up mallows by the bushes, and juniper roots for their meat.

5 They were driven forth from among men, (they cried after them as after a thief;)

6 To dwell in the clifts of the valleys, in caves of the earth, and in the rocks.

7 Among the bushes they brayed; under the nettles they were gathered together.

8 They were children of fools, yea, children of base men: they were viler than the earth.

9 And now am I their song, yea, I am their byword.

10 They abhor me, they flee far from me, and spare not to spit in my face.

11 Because he hath loosed my cord, and afflicted me, they have also let loose the bridle before me.

12 Upon my right hand rise the youth; they push away my feet, and they raise up against me the ways of their destruction.

13 They mar my path, they set forward my calamity, they have no helper.

14 They came upon me as a wide breaking in of waters: in the desolation they rolled themselves upon me.

KEY VERSE: “But now they that are younger than I have me in derision, whose fathers I would have disdained to have set with the dogs of my flock.” – (Job 30:1)

MESSAGE:

Christianity is a lifelong race in which believers must never lose focus of Christ who endured several contradictions from sinners. He endured the hostility of wicked people whom He had healed, delivered, raised from the dead and fed both physically and spiritually. Rather than being grateful for the gracious works of Christ, sinners spat on Him, beat, despised, scorned and eventually nailed Him to the cross.

In the text, we see a reversal of fortunes for Job. The poor people, the fatherless and the downtrodden whom he had greatly helped when he was in perfect health and full prosperity, now turned against him. They had forgotten the blessings they had enjoyed from Job before this misfortune befell him.

Sometimes, believers are despised, mocked, reviled, hated, maligned, misrepresented or wrongfully accused by the wicked people of the world. At such moments, we should always look up to Jesus, our Source of comfort. He had endured similar contradictions of the wicked. People who once honoured Job now treated him with disdain and insults just as people who shouted, “Messiah, Messiah” at Jesus also cried, “Crucify Him, Crucify Him!”

As a believer, do should not be weary in well doing. Do not expect any gratitude from your beneficiaries. If it happens that there is a reversal of fortunes and those people turn against you, do not be surprised. As Christ committed His case into the hands of God, the just Judge, leave everything in His hands who will reward every man according to his work. The mighty Deliverer is ever faithful. He who eventually delivered Job will deliver you and put songs of joy in your mouth.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:
Like Christ, rejoice when wrongfully treated.

Seeds Of Destiny Devotional – The Cross–God’s Rescue Operation

Pastor Paul Enenche

Dunamis’ Seeds Of Destiny 3 April 2021 Devotional By Pastor Paul Enenche: The Cross – God’s Rescue Operation

TOPIC: The Cross – God’s Rescue Operation

The sacrifice of Christ on the Cross was God’s rescue operation for man, from all claims of the enemy.

SCRIPTURE: Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ…. 1 Peter 1:18-19.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The sacrifice of Christ on the Cross was God’s rescue operation for man, from all claims of the enemy.

Yesterday, we saw two significance or benefits of Christ’s Death and Resurrection. We saw that Christ’s death signifies God’s offer of His best for the worst, and that the death and Resurrection of Christ was the most important thing about Christianity.

Today, we shall be looking at more benefits of the Death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ:

  1. The Cross was the place of reparation or payment.

The Cross symbolizes a place of reparation or payment. The sinless Son of God was sacrificed for the sinful consequences of the sinful acts of sinful men. That is what Calvary signifies.

2 Corinthians 5:21 makes it clear that God made Him to be sin, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Christ. That was what happened! Christ paid it; God made Him to be sin in order to process us into His righteousness. That is what the Cross signifies.

  1. The sacrifice of Christ on the Cross was God’s rescue operation for man, from all claims of the enemy (Peter 1:18-19).

We were bought back on the Cross by the Blood of Jesus Christ (Peter 1:18-19). It is because of the Cross that we can say, “I owe the devil nothing”.

That is why 1 Corinthians 6:20 says that you are bought with a price; you are not your own. On Calvary, Jesus offered Himself to buy us back.

Beloved, you have been bought back by God. You owe the devil nothing. Therefore, make up your mind to turn your back on the devil and please God with your life.

Remember this: The sacrifice of Christ on the Cross was God’s rescue operation for man, from all claims of the enemy.

ASSIGNMENTS:

  1. Refuse to please the devil with your life; ensure God is happy with you at all times.
  2. Engage the mystery of the Cross to deal with all claims of the enemy over your life.

PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for the Cross of Calvary. Help me to maximize all the benefits of the Cross of Calvary, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

FOR FURTHER UNDERSTANDING, GET THIS MESSAGE: THE BLESSING OF THE BLEEDING.

QUOTE: Jesus put his leg on satan’s head and resurrected. He always had the vision to resurrect after death. Culled from “15 KINGDOM STRATEGIES FOR SURVIVAL” by Dr Paul Enenche.

DAILY READING: 2 Chronicles 4-6.

AMAZING FACT: The eagle is noted for having flown with the heaviest load verified to be carried by any flying bird; one eagle flew with a 6.8 kilograms (15 pounds) fawn.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION/WORD: Every chain of the enemy on your life remains broken in Jesus’ Name.

Easter Message For Nigeria By Bishop Francis Wale Oke – PFN National President

Bishop Wale Oke

In an Easter Message to Nigeria, the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), under the leadership of Bishop Francis Wale Oke has sent a goodwill message to Nigeria addressing insecurity, unemployment, infrastructure deficit, the rot in education, health sectors and other vices.

The message signed by the PFN President Bishop Wale Oke, Archbishop John praise Daniel, National Deputy President, Dr Cosmas Ilechukwu, National Secretary and Bishop Emma Gospel Isong, was made available to press on Good Friday, the 2nd of April, 2021 delivered God’s word to Nigeria while also calling for an end to the incessant mindless killings and violence in the nation, charging the government to do more.

The message by the PFN President Bishop Wale Oke reads:

The cross of Calvary where Jesus of Nazareth died was the Centrepoint of history.

That was where the only sacrifice that effectively addressed man’s sin problem was offered. That was where the cleansing blood of Christ, the only effective detergent for man’s sin-stained soul was shed. That was where God’s wrath against humanity’s sinfulness was effectively appeased. That was where God’s mercy for all mankind was released. That was where the wall that separated man from God was removed. That was where the gate of heaven was opened that anyone who believes in what Jesus Christ has done may enter into the glory of God. That is where your sins can be forgiven and your soul saved.

Without the cross of Calvary, there is no possibility of salvation for anyone on earth. You will be lost forever except you come to the foot of the cross and accept what Jesus Christ has done for you.

This is ridiculous, you may say. How can the death of someone on one funny tree, some two thousand years plus ago, affect my life today? That exactly is where the power of the cross of Christ lies, in its absurdity. It is in this foolishness of the cross that the awesome power of God to save man was demonstrated. God let His only begotten Son taste death for you. He took your place on the cross so that you will not die again. It was on the cross of Calvary that God’s great love for you was poured out. He gave up His only Son, who was sinless, to die for you because of your sin. Now that His Son has been judged for your sins – sins that He did not commit, but you did – you are now free, only if you believe. In every legal system, you never punish the same offence twice. Since Jesus bore your punishment on the cross, you can now receive God’s pardon and grace, and His free gift of eternal life, meant for all who believe.

All who have received the crucified Saviour into their hearts have experienced real forgiveness, total release from guilt and deep peace in their hearts and a completely transformed life. This is the testimony of countless millions since Christ died on that cross and rose again on the third day. It is still my testimony today. It can become your testimony too – only if you believe with all your heart.

Believe it today with your heart. Confess it today with your mouth: Jesus Christ died on the cross for me and took away all my sins.

Now I am a child of God. Alleluia.

For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ. (2 Corinthians 5:21 NLT).

“To the President: We call on the Federal Government of Nigeria to do more to secure the lives and properties of all Nigerians. We appreciate the sacrifices being made by the Police, the Armed and paramilitary forces to ensure the safety and security of all Nigerians.

We urge President Muhammadu Buhari to live up to his promise to guarantee the security of all Nigerians, irrespective of ethnicity or faith. We appeal to him to do more, as the Father of all, to rally Nigerians and ensure that the walls of divide that have polarized Nigerians are brought down.

“The National Assembly: The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) calls on the National Assembly to do more in addressing the issues of insecurity, unemployment, infrastructure deficit, the rot in education and health sectors, especially the issue of out-of-school children. We believe that the legislature can do much more to deliver better governance through the use of its oversight powers, rather than dissipating energy on diversionary bills that do not address the challenges holding Nigerians back.

“The Judiciary: The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) appeals to the Judiciary, at all levels, to continue to live up to the tenets of fairness, transparency, equity and justice in all that they do. We restate our position for a balance in terms of appointments into the Judiciary at the national level, so that there is representation across the different states, geo- political zones and religions, to ensure that justice is not only done, but seen to be done by everyone.

“The State Governors: The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) urges all the State Governors to do more in guaranteeing the security of their people and pay more attention to the needs and welfare of their citizens. We believe that there is a lot more that can be done at the State level, especially in areas such as Education, Health, where they have concurrent constitutional responsibilities.

“Violent Non-State Actors: The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) urges the different individuals and groups engaged in all forms of terrorist and violent activities to stop this wanton killing of Nigerians. We urge Boko Haram and other terrorist organizations to lay down their arms and table their grievances so that resolutions can be explored. We appeal to the Bandits, Herdsmen, Kidnappers and the different elements to desist from their criminal activities and give peace a chance.”

“The Church wishes all Nigerians a Happy Easter.”

Verse 1:
Fill me with your wonders
Fill me with your faith
Make me full of faith Lord
So I can do great things

With faith that moves the mountains
And Faith that breaks all chains
Faith that pulls bars asunder
Working miracles

Fill me with your power
So I can do great things
Let your signs and wonders
Follow me ‘cause I believe

Fill me with your power
Fill me with your strength
Move me in your purpose
And I can testify

Of faith that moves the mountains
Faith that breaks all chains
Faith that pulls bars asunder
Working miracles

Fill me with your power
So I can do great things
Let your signs and wonders
Follow me ‘cause I believe

Bridge:
Fill me with your power
Fill me with your strength
Fill me for your exploits
And I can do great things

Fill me with your power
So I can do great things
Let your signs and wonders
Follow me ‘cause I believe

Fill me Lord
Fill me Lo-rd

[Music + Lyrics] Risen Lamb Of God – Dr Jay Pee

Risen Lamb Of God - Dr Jay Pee

The cross on which our Lord Jesus was crucified is the pivot of our common salvation and turning point of the reconciliation of lost humanity to divinity, but His resurrection from the grave remains the icing on the cake of our eternal redemption.

The songRisen Lamb Of God’ is the third gospel single to be released by Dr Jay Pee, following his recently released and still trending single ‘No other God’, and his debut single “Oghene doh’ in October 2019.

Written and composed by Dr Jay Pee, produced by SamPro, “Risen Lamb Of God” is an anthem and pledge of the saved to a sweet Saviour, acknowledging the utmost sacrifice He paid on Calvary’s tree and the blessings He purchased for us by His precious blood, to the intent that all we now are and will ever be, we owe absolutely to Him as our all in all.

We love Him, because He first loved us (1 John 4:19), for in Him we live, move and have our being (Acts 17:28).

He is a practicing Physician, Pastor, worship leader, vocalist, songwriter and composer with ever green passion for gospel music, having begun his musical career in his University undergraduate days with ‘New Xpressions’, a nationally famous gospel music group back in the late 90s.
