Dunamis’ Seeds of Destiny 25 September 2020 Devotional By Pastor Paul Enenche — Accessing Divine Instructions
Topic: Accessing Divine Instructions
There is knowledge in stillness. There is something to know when you are at peace. If you are still, you will know…
SCRIPTURE: Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. Psalm 46:10.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The peace of God attracts instruction, revelation and direction from God.
In our previous studies, we saw two reasons why peace is needed in our lives. We saw that peace is needed to confront and conquer certain storms that may arise in our journey of life. We also saw that we need peace or rest from anxiety for God to work in our lives.
Now, another reason why peace is needed is that the peace of God attracts instruction, revelation and direction from God. Psalms 46:10 says, Be still, and know that I am God…
There is knowledge in stillness. There is something to know when you are at peace. If you are still, you will know…
Numbers 9:8 says, And Moses said unto them, Stand still, and I will hear what the Lord will command concerning you.
This means, if there is too much tension and worry around you, you can’t hear anything from God. When you stand still, you will hear. So, calm down! Moses seemed to say to the children of Israel, “Your noise is disrupting my hearing. Your worry is disrupting my hearing. Your tension is disrupting my hearing from God. Stand still! Calm down! And I will hear.”
Isaiah 55:12 says, For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.
So, if you need to be led, you can only be led while peace is in place. You shall go out with joy and be led forth with peace. So, God is saying to you, “Calm down! Let me talk to you. Calm down, let me show you who I AM. Just calm down! Your mind is like a football field – too many things are running through it. You are just roaming up and down. Calm down!”
The peace of God is the fountain of true joy. And you know that joy is key to strength. You cannot have joy if you lack peace. Proverbs 12:20 says, Deceit is in the heart of them that imagine evil: but to the counsellors of peace is joy.
This means, there is joy for those who possess peace and offer it to others.
Romans 15:13 says, Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace…
Beloved, when God fills you with joy, it goes with peace. It is impossible to have joy when you lack peace. It is impossible to be excited in anxiety. It is impossible to be happy when you are anxious. It is impossible to have joy when you are concerned about everything. Therefore, make up your mind to have peace at all cost.
Remember this: The peace of God attracts instruction, revelation and direction from God.
ASSIGNMENTS:
Make the choice for peace instead of worrying.
Refuse for your heart to be occupied with the worries of this life.
Endeavour to remain still and calm in the face of all circumstances so as to access Divine direction.
PRAYER: Thank You Lord for Your Word to me today. I receive the grace to be still so I can access Your instructions, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
FOR FURTHER UNDERSTANDING, GET THIS MESSAGE: THE PEACE OF GOD.
QUOTE: Peace of heart is a referee. When peace’s whistle blows, then you can go ahead. Culled from “15 KINGDOM STRATEGIES FOR SURVIVAL” by Dr Paul Enenche.
DAILY READING: Micah 3-5
AMAZING FACT: Ants have compound eyes, which allow them to see movement very well.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION/WORD: Receive the peace of God that guarantees Divine instruction in your life in Jesus’ Name.
Today’s devotional was written by Pastor Paul Enenche of the Dunamis International Gospel Centre (DIGC), headquartered at Abuja, Nigeria, with Pastor Paul and Becky Enenche, as the Senior Pastors. Topic: God’s Comforting Words [DCLM Daily Manna 25 September 2020 Devotional by Pastor William Folorunso Kumuyi]
Text: Jeremiah 30:1-14 (KJV)
1 The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying,
2 Thus speaketh the LORD God of Israel, saying, Write thee all the words that I have spoken unto thee in a book.
3 For, lo, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will bring again the captivity of my people Israel and Judah, saith the LORD: and I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it.
4 And these are the words that the LORD spake concerning Israel and concerning Judah.
5 For thus saith the LORD; We have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace.
6 Ask ye now, and see whether a man doth travail with child? wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness?
7 Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble; but he shall be saved out of it.
8 For it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and will burst thy bonds, and strangers shall no more serve themselves of him:
9 But they shall serve the LORD their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them.
10 Therefore fear thou not, O my servant Jacob, saith the LORD; neither be dismayed, O Israel: for, lo, I will save thee from afar, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and shall be in rest, and be quiet, and none shall make him afraid.
11 For I am with thee, saith the LORD, to save thee: though I make a full end of all nations whither I have scattered thee, yet will I not make a full end of thee: but I will correct thee in measure, and will not leave thee altogether unpunished.
12 For thus saith the LORD, Thy bruise is incurable, and thy wound is grievous.
13 There is none to plead thy cause, that thou mayest be bound up: thou hast no healing medicines.
14 All thy lovers have forgotten thee; they seek thee not; for I have wounded thee with the wound of an enemy, with the chastisement of a cruel one, for the multitude of thine iniquity; because thy sins were increased.
Key Verse: “For, lo, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will bring again the captivity of my people Israel and Judah, saith the LORD: and I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it.” – (Jeremiah 30:3)
MESSAGE:
The grand plan of God for Israel as His people was to give them peace, rest and quietness throughout their habitations and at all times. But such plan was often truncated each time as the nation of Israel dabbled into sin and rebellion against Him. Divine reaction to such actions was to reject Israel and their ever-waiting enemies would attack and pummel them until they realised and repented of their sins.
Out text today captures one of such occasions wherein God through His prophet, Jeremiah, resolved to bring back again to Israel her captives and reestablish them a happy, healthy and progressive people.
The Lord instructed the prophet to write down in a book all the words He had commanded him concerning Israel (Jeremiah 30:2). This showed that nothing would ever change of all that He has promised and indeed resolved to do for His people. This fact is comforting. It assures all believers in Christ of God’s unchanging promises. Specifically, He assured Israel of return, rest and freedom from fear of their enemies and divine presence in the Promised Land (Jeremiah 30:10,11).
The salvation and deliverance the Israelites enjoyed in part are today available to us in full through the redemptive work of Christ. Therefore, faithful pilgrims should soar on like the eagles and savour life and peace in Christ Jesus who alone is the captain of our band.
Thought For The Day: God alone gives us peace like a river.

“As a child carries the genes and reflects the same nature of the parents, so are we a reflection of our everlasting father – Christ Jesus; in like manner our song must be a reflection of our identity in Christ. Whatever He has, the same we have and whatsoever is not in Him is not found in us and that’s why we are bold to sing “Wuruwuru No Dey'”

Gospel recording artiste, Don Moore releases a new Gospel Highlife single titled “Ojemba.”
He shares the story behind the song: “This is one of the songs that God gave me free of charge but I never took it seriously in the first place. I have many songs alike to the extent that all the songs I sing at home for some couple of years now were all composed by me but I never thought of taking this dream seriously until the coronavirus outbreak which resulted in total lockdown. This gave me the opportunity to put more time to this dream which resulted in me going to the studio to make this dream a reality.
“It all happened like a dream to the extent that God started warning me that no amount of goodness or holy life on earth will make me to inherit his Kingdom if I fail to sing for him. God has given to me so many songs free of charge, and here am I today trying to do what God has instructed me to do and I am highly delighted to see this dream come true, and I thank God for that.”
The song was produced by certified hitmaker, Dr Roy.

Abuja based gospel sensation, Samsongcame with this impressive tune, “Jesus”, in which he joined force of Gospel songstress, Mercy Chinwo who gave the sound a much deserved spice.
“Jesus” is an Afro worship jam that sings about the power of God; if we call on him when we are in need and he will show up for us.
Apparently, Samsong’s new sound, “Jesus” was followed suit with a viral video and a lyric video. Lastly, “Jesus” has production credit from Abuja based producer, Niyi Pee.

Lyrics: Omenma By Afimoni Winifred
Verse
It’s amazing how you love me
How you chose to call me friend
You’re so big yet became small
And chose my heart to dwell
And made it your home
Chorus
Ome nma ………! 2x
Your love no de fail 2x
The way you love me
No one else can love me
You left your glory
Just to die for my sins
You’re alba father
Still you call me your friend
Your love no de fail 2x
Gospel music ministerGlowreeyah Braimahreleases the new single titled “Stronger.” The song features House Of Praise Choir.
In Glowreeyah’s usual style, it is Folk music with a prophetic tone, and a strong stance of faith. It is quite inspirational, full of encouragement and instills an undaunted spirit of victory in the heart of the listener.
After the release of Glowreeyah Braimah’s album “The Core” and the videos that followed – “Holy Hallelujah,” and “Ufedo Ojo” which features her father, Sir Moses Braimah, This is Glowreeyah’s first release away from the very successful album.
Glowreeyah has been leaving hints of the new single all over her social media posts for weeks. This is very typical so that when the release finally drops, one can put the pieces together and make a sense of all the nuggets.
Stronger by Glowreeyah Braimah was produced by the prolific Olaitan Dada for Natialo Productions.
