Put Fear Where It Belongs ~ Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor

Topic: Put Fear Where It Belongs [Tuesday April 4, 2017]

“For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me.” (Job 3:253:25)

There is a kind of fear that is not from God and not of God. It comes from the pit of hell. This kind of fear must be addressed because it emanates from unbelief. What was Job afraid of? He was afraid that he would lose everything God had given him. Why was he afraid he would lose everything? He was afraid because he did not believe that God could protect what He had given him.

If God cannot protect what He gives you, do not accept anything from Him because anything He gives you will be tested. However, I am assuring you that the God whom I serve is the same yesterday, today, and forever!

In Deuteronomy 20:1, the  Bible declares: “When thou goest out to battle against thine enemies and seest horses, and chariots, and a people more than thou, be not afraid of them: for the LORD thy God is with thee, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.”

Your enemies may be more in number but don’t be afraid of them. Do not be afraid! Fear attracts bad things to you. Stop deciding your case on the preponderance of fear. The conclusion of the matter is not in your hands. Whether you believe in God or not, He is still the One that will decide the matter.

I declare into that situation: fear will not take what God has given you from your hands. I command every scary situation in your life to be still, in Jesus’ name.

Words of Wisdom: If there is one thing that can take away from your hand what God has given to you, it is fear.

Confession/Prayer: Every spirit of satanic fear, I command you to go out of my life now, in the mighty name of Jesus!
