Anointed gospel music minister, Femi Okunuga unveils a brand-new video and audio of his latest project titled “Eje Jesu.”
The Yoruba [a language widely spoken in the Southwestern region of Nigeria] titled song which translates as “The Blood Of Jesus” in the English language, is a song that tends to help every person to understand and also take advantage of the power inherent in the Blood of Jesus.
According to the minstrel, Femi says, “We have come… “to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel.” Hebrews 9:15
1 Peter 1:18-19 says, “Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things. But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and spot.”
Èjè Jesu (Blood of Jesus) expresses the potency and truth in the blood of Jesus. A sound that speaks of the Saving power in the blood, It tells of the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross shedding his blood to set us free, it describes who we have become by the blood, we a people meant for destruction now saved by the blood,
It declares our deliverance, healing, freedom from bondage, freedom from hell, victory over death.
“Engaging the blood of Jesus, it avails for us, it speaks on our behalf,
We are saved by the blood,
We are delivered by the blood,
We prevail by the blood,
We are free by the blood,
We live a life of victory by the blood,
The blood of the lamb that was slain avails for us. hallelujah!” – He concludes.
