Acclaimed songwriter and trumpeter Jumbo Aniebiet is thrilled to announce the release of his highly anticipated single, “Odogwu,” from the upcoming Pages project. This dynamic collaboration features internationally renowned Gospel artist Nosa and the euphonic vocals of DC-based worship leader Sergine Quenum.
“Odogwu” is a vibrant anthem celebrating Christ’s victory on the cross and God’s unshakable love. Inspired by Isaiah 42:13 and rooted in the Igbo word meaning “warrior” or “royalty,” the song delivers uplifting lyrics, powerful harmonies, triumphant trumpet solos, and grand band arrangements that ignite joy and faith.
Jumbo shares his excitement for the release, emphasizing that the word “Odogwu”—which describes a King, a strong man, a hero, or a champion—is a fitting tribute to the King of Kings for all He has done, is doing, and will do.
