Dunamis Daily Devotional – The Contents Of The Communion

Topic: The Contents Of The Communion [Wednesday March 28, 2018]

Scripture: I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world. John 6:51

Thought For The Day: The life of Jesus contains high doses of optimism, enthusiasm, positivism and momentum.

The Scripture makes it abundantly clear that God always packages His wisdom in mysteries (1 Corinthians 2:7). When you access mysteries, you step into victories; when you access mysteries, you overcome miseries. One of such mysteries is the mystery of the Communion.

The Communion is the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ that is communicated through the bread and wine. When you partake in the Communion, you take in the indomitable and undefeatable Life of the Master. It is the kind of life that cannot succumb to the natural force of death and destruction.

Jesus preached for three and a half years and there was no record in Scriptures that He was sick for one day. So, when you take the Communion, you are taking the Life of Jesus directly into your system. This implies that whatever sickness or disease that could not affect the life of Christ is not permitted to affect your life.

The Life of Jesus also contains high doses of optimism, enthusiasm, positivism and momentum; that is a life that is not struggling to be encouraged. It is the life that is a stranger to frustration, depression and heaviness.

Beloved, partake in the Communion in order to tackle every root of affliction and sorrow in your life.

Remember This: The life of Jesus contains high doses of optimism, enthusiasm, positivism and momentum.
