Wisdom For The Day Devotional 11 November 2022 By Bishop Mike Okonkwo – Nothing Works Against A Believer
TOPIC: Nothing Works Against A Believer (TREM Devotional 11 November 2022)
“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28 (KJV)
MESSAGE:
Beloved, the Bible here says, ‘we know’. It did not say we are assuming, or that we are thinking. Revelation is all about knowing. When the Bible talks about knowing something, it goes beyond human mind or information. Human mind can’t comprehend what is revealed. We know that all things work for good. All things, whether they are bad things or good things, they all work together for good.
Never devalue any event in your life, they are all for good. The issue is not what happened, but who it happened to. Since it happened to you- that believes, then it is for good and never for bad. The issue has never been what is happening, but who is it happening to. If it happened to you, then it’s all in the plan of God for your good. There is no tragic end for a believer. Nothing works against a believer. Stop looking at the worst case situation and start looking out for the best case situation.
It is working for your good because you are not ordinary. The moment you became born again, your life ceases to be ordinary. Your salvation opens you up to a life of tremendous blessings and amazing results. Your salvation was ordained by God and it was not an accident. The book of Colossians 1:13 says, “Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:” What a privilege! As a son, you function by the Spirit and not in the flesh; you are expected to walk by revelation.
Child of God, because you are not ordinary that’s why I know that everything happening in your life now will end in glory. God will open up the Country land unto you. His plan and purpose for your life will be achieved, you will not be denied. Every door against your promotion is opened today. Every obstacle on the way is broken. Every challenge is rolled away. Your best and brightest days are here! Get ready to celebrate. Men and women of great reputation will be drawn to you.

The Lord girdeth me with strength, and maketh my way perfect. He maketh my feet like hinds’ feet, and setteth me upon my high places. He teacheth my hands to war, so that a bow of steel is broken by mine arms. The Lord hast also given me the shield of His salvation: and His right hand hath held me up, and His gentleness hath made me great.
He has enlarged my steps under me that my feet did not slip. I have pursued mine enemies, and overtaken them: neither did I turn again till they were consumed. I have wounded them that they were not able to rise: they are fallen under my feet. The Lord hast girded me with strength unto the battle: He hast subdued under me those that rose up against me. The Lord hast also given me the necks of mine enemies; that I might destroy them that hate me
…thanks be to God, which giveth me the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. I am an overcomer (Psalm 18:32-40, I Corinth 15:57, 1 John 5:4)
Every day and in every way I am getting better: spiritually, physically, financially, mentally, morally, and in all my endeavours.
I am called for a purpose. I will fulfill this purpose and I will arrive at God’s ordained destiny for my life. Nothing will cut me short. I will make a formidable impact in my world for the Kingdom.
IT IS MY WEEK OF ACCELERATION!
