Nigerian Female Sensation, Anne Chukwudumebi Okonji also known as D’Annie, just released her much anticipated uplifting Sophomore single titled Make a Change.
Make a Change is a divinely rendered song that emphasizes on the call for a change which seeks to promote peace and oneness in Nigeria; a nation whereby every individual is committed to playing their roles to achieve the desired change.
Anne Chukwudumebi Okonji who goes by the stage name D’Annie, is a soulful, classical, urban & contemporary Nigerian Gospel artist who hails from Delta State.
She is well known for her deep root in classical singing which has helped shape her striking Soprano vocal. Singing as a passion began from a very tender age where she belonged to choral groups in Primary, Secondary and Tertiary institutions attended. Her youth service days were not left out as she served as a Music Director in House on the Rock Church, Calabar.
D’Annie draws inspiration from music and choir performances of renowned artists such as Kurt Karl, Yolanda Adams, Fred Hammond, Celine Dion, Sammie Okposo amongst others and shared stage with prolific gospel artists such as Gabriel Ezeashi, Sammie Okposo, Onos Ariyo, Nikki Laoye, Glowreeyah Braimah, Dr Kay to mention a few.
