16 Social Media Song Birds Qualified For Sound It Africa 2 Live Shows

After 7 weeks of rigorous online based auditioning of entries from across Africa (especially Nigeria, Ghana, Zimbabwe and South Africa) for a spot in the Live Show and academy of Africa’s leading Gospel Online singing competition – Sound IT Africa season 2, 16 remarkable singers emerged from the social media and have booked for themselves a spot at the LIVE SHOW and at the RISING STAR ACADEMY in Lagos – Nigeria.

The Live Show is scheduled to hold on Thursday, 26th July, 2018, by 12noon at The Wazobia TV Studio, Lekki, Lagos – Nigeria where the 16 artistes will be pressing on and battling through their performances for a place at the Grand Finale scheduled for August 2018; where the Total Prize value of $5,000 will be given to the winners. The Jury of the show includes Mr. Ben Ogbewi popularly known as Uncle Ben of the MTN Project Fame West Africa, the very amazing and sweet-spirited music artiste – Mrs. Onos Ariyo and the renowned prolific vocal coach and singer – Mr. Segun Obe.

While in the Academy, the 16 artistes will take part in different classes and activities including The Meet and Greet Party with The C.E.O of Rising Star Gospel Africa – Mr. Charles Emmanuel, The Classes –  Song Performance, Songwriting & Composition, Voice Training, ORM and Digital media, The Music Minstrel, Music Business and Leadership will be taken by the Judges and the special classes will be taken by the Executive Producer, Rising Star Gospel Africa – Hon. Dr. Saviour Enyiekere and The Founder and C.E.O of Amaecom Global – Dr. Marcel Ofomata.
