Nigerian Gospel singer Liatu Aweh has released her new Extended Play (EP) titled “Yabo Hills” which simply translates as “Praise Hills” from the Hausa Language of the Northern part of the nation.
It’s a collection of Contemporary Praise songs, rendered in English and Hausa. It is laced with Urban instrumentation to give the Afrocentric vibe a Pop undertone.
Songs like “Sarai, Sarai (Remix),” “Mai Ceto Na,” and “God of Power” amongst others stand out for their cross-over instrumentation.
