Seeds Of Destiny Devotional – Unstoppable By Wisdom

Paul Enenche

Dunamis’ Seeds Of Destiny 5 June 2021 Devotional By Dr. Paul Enenche – Unstoppable By Wisdom

TOPIC: Unstoppable By Wisdom

The wisdom of God makes people unstoppable, indomitable and indestructible.

SCRIPTURE: And David behaved himself wisely in all his ways; and the LORD was with him. Wherefore when Saul saw that he behaved himself very wisely, he was afraid of him. 1 Samuel 18:14-15

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The wisdom of God makes people unstoppable, indomitable and indestructible.

Wisdom is behind the achievement and effective management of true success in life. Wisdom is a reflection of the capacity to maximise life’s opportunities and potentials. It also refers to distinction-producing and destruction-preventing courses of action.

It has been confirmed that wisdom, the wisdom of God, makes people unstoppable, indomitable and indestructible.

For example, David was a man who battled with rejection as the first battle of his life (Psalm 27:10). When it was time for a king to be anointed in Israel and Samuel went to the house of Jesse, David’s father and asked that the children of Jesse be brought out, everyone forgot about David. He was the ideal candidate who was abandoned in the wilderness, yet the rejection could not stop him. He was pulled out of that wilderness by the Hand of God and then anointed.

After David overcame that, he got into the battlefield and confronted Goliath and took him down.

Then the women began to sing, “David has slain his ten thousands and Saul his thousands.” Consequently, Saul came after his life. But that still could not stop him, he arrived at the throne. David was practically unstoppable.

Now, what was David’s secret? The Bible says that he behaved himself wisely (1 Samuel 18:14-15). David behaved in such a way that Saul could not trap him. He behaved himself wisely at every point in time, so he could not be ruined.

The wisdom of God is a weapon that makes you unstoppable and indestructible before your enemy. It is a weapon that makes it impossible for the enemy to locate you for destruction.

Beloved, ask God to baptise you afresh with His wisdom.

Remember this: The wisdom of God makes people unstoppable, indomitable and indestructible.

ASSIGNMENTS:

  1. Acknowledge that the Wisdom of God is what you need to succeed in life.
  2. Make demands on the Wisdom of God in all you do.
  3. Company with God and meditate on His Word to connect His Wisdom.

FOR FURTHER UNDERSTANDING, GET THIS MESSAGE: UNSTOPPABLE BY WISDOM (PART 3).

PRAYER: Lord, I make demands on the Spirit of Wisdom upon my life. Give me the grace to walk in wisdom and be unstoppable by the enemy, Lord in Jesus’ Name.

DAILY BIBLE READING: Psalm 82-84

QUOTE: Wisdom is better than weapons of war. Strategy is superior to strength in life’s battles. Culled from “BE WISE AND RISE” by Dr Paul Enenche.

REFLECTION: Have you ever been in a position of envy and jealousy before? Have people come after you and hated you without a cause? Have they hated and resisted you even when you appear like you are not anywhere near success yet? Congratulations. It is proof-positive that a heavy future is ahead, and you can escape their wrath both by the Wisdom and the Mercy of God.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION/WORD: The great future ahead of you, no devil can divert or distract in Jesus’ Name.

Today’s devotional was written by Pastor Paul Enenche of the Dunamis International Gospel Centre (DIGC), headquartered at Abuja, Nigeria, with Pastor Paul and Becky Enenche, as the Senior Pastors. DCLM Daily Manna – Don’t Be A Busybody

DCLM Daily Manna

DCLM Daily Manna 5 June 2021 Devotional By Pastor W. F. Kumuyi — Don’t Be A Busybody

TOPIC: Don’t Be A Busybody

TEXT: Psalm 52:1-9

1 (To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David, when Nathan the prophet came unto him, after he had gone in to Bathsheba.) Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions.

2 Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.

3 For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me.

4 Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest.

5 Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.

6 Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part thou shalt make me to know wisdom.

7 Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.

8 Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice.

9 Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities.

KEY VERSE: “Why boastest thou thyself on mischief, O mighty man? The goodness of God endureth continually.” – (Psalm 52:1)

MESSAGE:

The term “busybody” usually refers to one focusing on the matters of others but looks little to his own issues. Busybodies also tend to look especially on the faults and troubles of other folks. They hardly focus on good news related to other people, but more often, it is issues about the scurrilous that occupy their minds.

David was reacting to the action of Doeg the Edomite, who had gone to Saul and told him David had gone to the house of Abimelech. The Psalm is a contrast between the righteous and wicked, revealing the frustration the righteous have toward the wicked and their ungodly ways. The psalmist challenged the arrogant wicked tyrant who boasted in his wickedness. He ended by saying that when the righteous see how God has destroyed the wicked out of the land of the living, they will fear lest they turn from the will of God. And the righteous will declare the goodness of God because He has rendered judgment on the wicked.

There are those who pick stones for the enemy against the innocent for the sake of the gain they can make out of that betrayal. Treachery and backstabbing are terrible sins that must not be courted by any believer. Those who cherish them end up disastrously. God is not mocked; every man must reap the fruit of whatever he sows.

There are those who delight in meddlingin other people’s matters. Many have lost their lives by what they heard in their busybody mission. Had they kept their distance, shut their mouth or closed their eyes, they could have saved themselves. It is sad that men hardly learn from what happens to other people.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:
Lord, make me to see the good in others, always.

THE BIBLE IN ONE YEAR:
2 Samuel 1-2

Seeds Of Destiny Devotional – The Word Of God–A Source Of Strength

Paul Enenche

Dunamis’ Seeds Of Destiny 3 June 2021 Devotional By Dr. Paul Enenche: The Word Of God – A Source Of Strength

TOPIC: The Word Of God – A Source Of Strength

It is not possible to be worded and be a weakling.

SCRIPTURE: …I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one. 1John 2:14

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: It is not possible to be worded and be a weakling.

In our previous study, we saw that the Word of God is as vital to the life of the child of God as milk is to a new born baby (1 Peter 2:2). As nutrition determines the physical destiny of a child, revelation determines the spiritual destiny of the Christian.

Now, a major necessity of the Word of God is that, it is a source of strength for the child of God.

Our anchor Scripture reveals that the Word of God is a strength builder for the child of God. The Word of God catalyzes spiritual reactions that result in the building up of strength. That is why it is not possible to be worded and be a weakling.

Now, how does the Word guarantee spiritual strength?

  1. A steady diet of the Word guarantees spiritual strength that is needed to overcome the wicked one (1 John 2:14).

This means, the Word of God in your life gives you the capacity not to end as a victim to forces of wickedness.

  1. A steady diet of the Word guarantees spiritual strength for exploits (Daniel 11:32b).

Spiritual strength is what makes you do things that command the attention of your generation. The Word facilitates spiritual strength and strength guarantees exploits in life and destiny.

Beloved, be determined never to be a weakling in life; feed on the Word of God habitually.

Remember this: It is not possible to be worded and be a weakling.

ASSIGNMENTS:

  1. Search the Scripture to locate Word in any area you need God’s Intervention and turn to Him in prayer.
  2. Make demands on the strength for exploits as you study God’s Word.

FOR FURTHER UNDERSTANDING, GET THIS MESSAGE: THE NECESSITY OF THE WORD

PRAYER: Father, I ask that You open my eyes to insights from Your Word. I receive unbeatable spiritual strength and vibrancy from Your Word to do exploits for Your Kingdom, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

DAILY BIBLE READING: Psalm 76-78

QUOTE: Nothing frustrates the opposition like revelation. Culled from “KINGDOM STRATEGIES FOR SURVIVAL” by Dr Paul Enenche.

REFLECTION: Are you dissatisfied with your prayer life? Is your prayer lacking force, fire and substance? It is the Word that gives forces and fire to prayer. The Word gives weight and substance to prayer. Upgrade your Word level to avoid a dry and empty prayer life.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION/WORD: Great light and insight from the Lord if your portion in this season in Jesus’ Name.

Today’s devotional was written by Pastor Paul Enenche of the Dunamis International Gospel Centre (DIGC), headquartered at Abuja, Nigeria, with Pastor Paul and Becky Enenche, as the Senior Pastors. DCLM Daily Manna – Why You Should Rejoice

DCLM Daily Manna

DCLM Daily Manna 3 June 2021 Devotional By Pastor W. F. Kumuyi — Why You Should Rejoice

TOPIC: Why You Should Rejoice

TEXT: Matthew 5:10-12

10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

KEY VERSE: “Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” – (Matthew 5:10)

There is a call on every believer to rejoice. It is a command from God. We can rejoice always because God has saved us. He has rescued us from our sins and given us eternal life even though we deserved eternal death. Furthermore, Jesus Himself is keeping and preserving us so that we will not lose our salvation. Is there any greater reason to rejoice in the Lord always?

There is a beautiful reason to rejoice always. This is because Jesus took all the condemnation we deserved; now, there is absolutely zero condemnation remaining for us.

Christians are persecuted because they refuse to walk in the darkness of the world and their ways are diametrically opposed to the worldly lifestyles. These persecuted believers in Christ are able to rejoice in their persecution because they know that a better life exists beyond this world. The passage also tells us that the same persecution visited on the prophets of old, arising from envy, will also be the lot of Christians who stand up for their faith. Believers are to carry their cross with a smile.

Many Christians have given up the idea that joy is for this lifetime. In a rather fatalistic approach to life, these believers have decided that they will only know real joy in heaven. But while we wait for the greatest joy of time when we meet our Saviour, we must serve God with joy while here on earth. Some people go about mourning; they wear sad looks all in the name of serving God. That is totally against the will of our Father in heaven. No matter what we go through in His service, we should always have cause to rejoice.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:
There is joy in serving the Lord.

‘Inspired by Isaiah 60: 1 AMPC “ARISE [from the depression and prostration in which circumstances have kept you–rise to a new life]! Shine (be radiant with the glory of the Lord), for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you! Irrespective of what you are going through and all that is happening around you, remember the Lord has called you by the name “My Glory” don’t be distracted by your situation, get focused on the word, chin-up, brace up and answer to your name “ The Glory of God” Shine….’
