Toluwase Dolapo Celebrates The God Of Wonders In New Song “Ibu Iyanu”

Gospel music minister Toluwase Dolapo is out with a brand new song titled “Ibu Iyanu,” and this one is simply a beautiful reminder of how great and powerful God is.
Ibu Iyanu means “Wellspring of Wonders,” and the song is all about celebrating God for who He is, the God who can do all things, the One who knows the beginning from the end, and the King whose works cannot be compared.
Toluwase Dolapo pours his heart into the song, declaring:
“Gbogbo niṣe o, Oun gbogbo lo lè ṣe”
All-Capable God, You can do all things.
The song goes on to describe God as “Ibu Iyanu, Oba Ara” the Wellspring of Wonders and the Extraordinary Wonderful King. One beautiful thing about Ibu Iyanu is how simply it acknowledges God’s greatness. There is no complicated message here. It is simply a heart looking at everything God has done and saying, “Father, nobody compares to You.”
The lyrics also remind us that God sees the full picture:
“Iwo to mo ibere, Iwo to mo opin”
You who knows the beginning and the ending.
And honestly, this is a message many people need at different points in life. When things don’t make sense, when we’re waiting for answers, or when we’re trusting God for a testimony, Ibu Iyanu reminds us that God already knows the beginning and the end.
Toluwase Dolapo’s Ibu Iyanu is a beautiful sound for anyone who has a testimony, is waiting on God, or simply wants to lift their voice and say, “You are the God of Wonders.”
