About Deyshawlah

Evelyn Adesola Ogunleye, professionally known as Deyshawlah, is a Nigerian Gospel Singer, Songwriter, Music Minister, Statistician and Fashion Consultant. She is the Founder of Deyshawlah Music and Deyshawlah Fashion House; a Fashion and Image Consultancy Company in Nigeria.

She studied Statistics and graduated with honors from the University of Abuja, Nigeria. She is known to be an Administrator and Strategist who has harmoniously combined being a worship leader with being a businesswoman and professional.

In March and August 2019 respectively, Deyshawlah released her debut single ‘GOD ALONE’, followed by ‘GRATITUDE’, portraying an intricate mix of talent, grace and anointing. These singles are heaven-inspired as they continue to record exceptional testimonies and gain wide airplay, all to the glory of God.

Deyshawlah believes that music is a strong means of expression and soul winning for God’s kingdom. She proclaims confidently that ‘As God’s children, we are designed and expected to make a difference in whatever field of endeavor we find ourselves.’

Her greatest motivation is to see Jesus glorified in the church and around the world through her music, work and life, and she is musically inspired by personal experiences, life events and mostly in the place of prayer.

Deyshawlah’s ministry has graced several platforms in her home country, also, in the United Kingdom with testimonies.

Deyshawlah is fast becoming a pacesetter with her elegant image and outstanding fashion sense among a growing community of creatives she mentors and shares her extensive knowledge in fashion with.

Being passionate about influencing others, Deyshawlah holds mentoring and fashion classes where she shares her extensive knowledge to empower women just like her.

She is the fourth child of her parents and hails from Ekiti State, Nigeria.
