Topic: You Must Recognize Opportunity For Your Dream To Manifest [December 22, 2016]
Good understanding giveth favour: but the way of transgressor is hard,” (Proverb 13:15)
I want you to realize that if you must succeed in life, you must be able to recognize opportunity. The Bible says, good understanding giveth favour…The word “understanding” comes from a word that means “to have the ability to analyze information correctly will definitely enable or empower you to recognize opportunity to realize your dreams.
Every information God allows you to get is for a purpose. God wants you to use it to do something in your life. You need good understanding, no wonder the bible says, (Prov.4:7), “wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: with all thy getting get understanding.” When you recognize your opportunity, it will bring your dream to pass and your dream will carry you on the wings of success; and out of your success in the midst of a dark world, you will begin to shine. The Bible says (Isa. 60:2), “For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth and gross darkness the people: but the lord shall rise upon thee.” Mary and joseph were in Bethlehem. When she suddenly fell into labour pains and they hurried to an Inn. The Bible says she put to bed in a manger… because there was no room for them in the inn (Luke 2:27). It is very possible that the inn keeper had been praying for a breakthrough for his dreams to come to pass. Now, God came to his inn and this keeper did not know the God he had he praying to, was visiting him.
He did not recognize his opportunity, was the inn the only one in the whole place? Why did Mary and Joseph choose to go to that particular inn? I can imagine Mary in pains and leading with the inn keeper.” Please help me.” Marry was carrying the son of God and the inn keeper said, “No room!” May the Lord open your spiritual eyes; enlighten your understanding, that you may recognize your opportunities, in Jesus name.
