Topic: God Is Not Limited (2): Unbeliefs [December 11, 2016]

“Yea they turned back and tempted God, and limited the Holy One of Israel.” (Psalm 78:41)

As stated previously, you are the only one that can limit God in your life. You need to be in the watch out always because even when the devil wants to attack you, he often uses you against yourself.

Unbelief is another thing that can limit God in your life; unbelief is a sin. Romans 14:23 states that “…for whatsoever is not of faith is sin.”  The Jews of old are similar to the religious church going Christians. Their belief in God ends with what they say only and does not reflect in their lifestyle. They do not believe that God will do what He promised in His word in their lives.

Let Christ be seen in your words, actions, attitude, character, school and lifestyle. Do not let unbelief destroy your Christianity. The opposite of unbelief is faith. What then is faith? Faith is the belief that God will do what He says He will do concerning a particular situation, even when all circumstances surrounding that situation seem like it is impossible.

Exchange your unbelief with faith because unbelief does not only cut you off from God, it robs you of your miracles and compels you to look back. Lot’s wife looked back in unbelief and became a pillar of salt. Know that where God is taking you to is better than where He has taken you from. Besides, looking back is motivated by unbelief. Believe that God can handle your future. Oh yes, He can. Do not allow your unbelief to limit God from blessing you.
