ABOUT ROCK OF AGES CHRISTIAN ASSEMBLY INT’L
Rock of Ages Christian Assembly Int’l Inc is a move of God. It was founded when God called Pastor Charles Osazuwa while he lived in the city of Lagos. In the year 2002, God’s servant answered the call of God which came thus: “Arise, Go to the city of Benin, there is a vacuum there and I am sending you to step in”.
In obedience, he returned to Benin city and began the ministry in a barbing salon.
Today, the ministry is affecting the world and refining destinies.
A Night with the King came as an instruction from God to his servant and in obedience to that instruction, he began the 1st edition of the program. The first edition was well attended, the second doubled in attendance; the 3rd witnessed a massive turnout of over 14,000 people.  Now the fourth edition is here and over 35,000 people have already registered online for the program.
A Night with the King is a meeting designed by God to reveal His presence and power to His people.
Countless testimonies are recorded before, during and after the meeting. It’s a guaranteed fact that great miracles will be recorded in this 4th edition as praises clashes with prayers and the ministering of the word.

Music: I Will – Raphael A. Macaulay Ft. Seun Omore & Olasunmbo Kazeem [@RaphMacaulay]

official-art-i-will

In a time where some care less about God and His work, I mean believers; many can’t seem to grasp from the words of Jesus which reads, “Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven” (Matt. 5:16), that the praise of God is more lauded in our daily living as Christians than in any other thing we do. Our actions will either result into God’s praise or not.

About 2:19am, September 19, 2016, as I was thinking about the faithfulness of God, knowing that the Father’s heart beats for me always, in spite of my weakness, I was inspired to write the song “I Will”. Indeed, God’s compassion never fails, His love overwhelms me. Everyday His grace I see, even as He makes all things new for me through Jesus, my Saviour and Lord.
Now, for those who feel the work of the gospel is becoming too hard to continue; probably family, friends, associates, church members…, have deserted you, leaving you alone with the work; please don’t be discouraged. You can be that one man who stands with, and for the gospel, causing men to glorify God through him, even as other discouraged believers get back on track with God. Let your song be “If nobody worship You Lord, if nobody praise Your name, I will.”
This song is written, composed and arranged by Raphael A. Macaulay . Produced by Segigo.

Thoughts Of Possibilities ~ Pastor Chris Oyakilome

pastor-chris-oyakhilome

Topic: Thoughts Of Possibilities [Wednesday, December 14th]

Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth (Mark 9:23).

Imagine someone who’s been given up by doctors to die. If he hears and believes in the love of God, hope will be rekindled in him and he’ll immediately start seeing the possibility of a better life. The Bible says, “…hope maketh not ashamed…” (Romans 5:5); in other words, hope that’s anchored on God’s Word will never be dashed.

This is why we must keep preaching and teaching about the love of the Father, so the people of the world can hear and dare to believe, that hope may blossom in their hearts. As they continue to hear and meditate on the message of His love, their hope will translate to faith. No matter what despicable condition people might be in, if they can trust in God’s love for them, there’ll be a change.

Someone might say, “But I’ve been in this terrible condition for as long as I can remember; I’ve done everything I know, to no avail.” Well, first, that may be the problem; the fact that you’ve only done all that you know to do. There’s more you should do that you probably haven’t done, like channelling your thoughts rightly about your condition, to think of the possibility of a change.

With God, there’s no such thing as a hopeless situation. As long as you trust in Him, in His love for you, and His ability to put you over, you could have a miracle. Love brings hope. Love inspires faith. God loves you and He already did the ultimate for you. Romans 8:32 says, “He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?” This is such an important food for thought. It should give you the mentality of possibilities, victories, increase, and abundance.

Think, believe, and accept that the miracle or healing you desire isn’t only possible, but has already been made available to you. 2 Peter 1:3 says, He’s given us all things that pertain unto life and godliness. Quit the struggle. Don’t try to make anything happen, because He’s already made all things yours (1 Corinthians 3:21). Believe, receive, and walk in the light of His Word. Hallelujah!

PRAYER

Dear Father, I take advantage of your great love for me, for I know that above all things, you desire that I prosper, walk in health, and enjoy life to the full. I rest and bask in your love, which in spires faith and hope in my spirit, causing me to live triumphantly today, and always, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Further Study: || Philippians 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things [are] honest, whatsoever things [are] just, whatsoever things [are] pure, whatsoever things [are] lovely, whatsoever things [are] of good report; if [there be] any virtue, and if [there be] any praise, think on these things. ||

|| 1 Corinthians 3:21 Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours; ||

|| 2 Peter 1:3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that [pertain] unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: ||

Fear Not ~ Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor

Topic: Fear Not [December 14, 2016]

“Alas, my master! How shall we do?… And he answered, Fear not…”(2Kings 6:15b-16a).

Fear is the product of the unknown. Do you know that fear is a spirit and the spirit of fear is the devil? (2Tim.1:7)

Fear, in its totality, is a weapon of the devil which is designed to ruin your life. Fear will make you deny your identity; doubt your ability and give up your destiny.

In Job 3:25, Job said, “For the thing which I greatly fear is come upon me and that which I am afraid of is come upon me”.

Sometimes it is because you fear the unknown, that makes what you fear come to pass. Fear makes your problem bigger that what it is and makes you smaller than who you are.

Fear not, child of God. Your God is bigger than the situation.

The Tragedies Of Legalism ~ Pastor William Kumuyi

Topic: The Tragedies Of Legalism [December 14, 2016]

Text: Galatians 4:1-11

Key Verse: “But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage?” (Galatians 4:9).

Some folks are in a situation similar to an airplane passengers whose pilot announce: “The navigator has lost our position, folks, and we have been flying rather aimlessly for over an hour. That’s the bad news. But the good news is that we are making very good time”.

From our text, we see the Galatian believers falling into the trap of legalism set for them by Jewish bigots. The religious fanatics from Jerusalem confused the Galatians into thinking that the faith they had was not enough; that they must add the Jewish ceremonies and rituals together with the man-made traditions which they were erroneously taught, would make their salvation in Christ complete. Unfortunately, they fell back into bondage.

Paul reminded them that the grace of God and the forgiveness of sins they already had were enough. When these Galatians started their backsliding journey into bondage, they actually thought they were making progress. The whole idea appealed to their old nature, for the law encouraged them to measure their lives from external outward results only. As they enrolled in their fresh perspective where progress was measured by physical parameters only, they felt a sense of accomplishment with a spice of pride until they suddenly discovered they were actually regressing. Churches today have different kinds of observances which bear little or no relationship to God’s word.

Believers should know it is wrong to go beyond the word of God in whatsoever they do. The New Testament makes it clear that Christians are not to legislate religious observances for each other (Romans 14:4-13). We are not to praise the man who celebrates the day, nor are we to condemn the man who does not. The uncomplicated liberty which Christ sanctifies through His word must be sufficient for the true believer. A resort to sheer legalism or formalism arising from the traditions of men or mere routine, observance flies in the face of true faith. Let your life be guided and moderated by His word only.

Thought for the day: True wisdom is standing on Christ, the solid Rock.

No Deposit—No Return ~ Kenneth Copeland

kenneth-copeland

Topic: No Deposit—No Return [December 14, 2016]

…Blessed is the man that feareth the Lord, that delighteth greatly in his commandments…. He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the Lord. Psalm 112:1,7

Are you ready to face a crisis? Don’t wait until one hits to find out. Prepare yourself now.

That’s what a couple of my Partners did. They faced a situation that would have made many people panic. But when the crisis hit, their hearts were so deeply established on the Word of God that their first response was not one of fear but of faith.

What affected me most when I heard their testimony was one particular phrase they kept using:

No Deposit—No Return

What they meant by that was that if you don’t take the time to deposit the Word in your heart now, it won’t be there later when you really need it. You’ll end up in a crisis with only doubt and unbelief instead of the faith and power you need to see you through. In a situation like the one this couple faced, that could be deadly.

You see, their 2-year-old son had suffered a fall that had cracked his skull and critically injured his neck. He had no feeling in his arms and legs and was unable to move. Yet as they rushed him to the emergency room, a great sense of peace rested on them. Rather than crying with fear, they prayed in faith and declared, “By Jesus’ stripes, our son is healed!”

Sure enough, within hours, their boy was totally restored. Even the X-rays verified the fact that a miracle had taken place.

What’s important to understand about that story is this: The victory was not won when the damage to that little boy’s body disappeared. It was won all during the days and weeks and months before when his parents were listening to tapes and studying the Word and praying in the spirit. It was won because these people had spent time building a foundation on the Word so that when this storm came, they were able to stand.

Now is the time for you to build a rock-solid foundation! Don’t wait around until you’re faced with a crisis. Get the Word in your heart in abundance now, so when you really need it, it will flow out in power.

Remember: No deposit—no return.

Start making those precious deposits today!

Proof Of Love ~ Pastor E.A Adeboye

open-heaven-2016

Topic: Proof Of Love [Wednesday 14, December 2016]

Memorise: Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. John 15:13

Read: John 21:15-19 (KJV)

15 So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs.

16 He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

17 He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

18 Verily, verily, I say unto thee, When thou wast young, thou girdedst thyself, and walkedst whither thou wouldest: but when thou shalt be old, thou shalt stretch forth thy hands, and another shall gird thee, and carry thee whither thou wouldest not.

19 This spake he, signifying by what death he should glorify God. And when he had spoken this, he saith unto him, Follow me.

Bible in One Year: Leviticus 1-3, Psalms 119:113-128

MESSAGE:

The Bible teaches Christians to love God. The Bible also teaches that such love should be expressed in worship and practical service. One of the most important lessons that the Bible teaches on love is that love is unconditional, and that the ultimate test of love is sacrifice. Therefore, any declaration of love that is devoid of sacrifice is questionable. The Bible is strongly in agreement with the fact that love is sacrificial.

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” – John 3:16

When you are genuinely in love, making sacrifices for the one you love will be a thing of pleasure and not a burden. Jacob was in love with Rachel and asked her father what he must do to marry her. Rachel’s father told him to serve for seven years and he willingly did so. Because of his love, seven years were like seven days to him. When he was deceived, he yet agreed to serve another seven years for his heartthrob (Genesis 29:18-28). No price is too much to pay for the one you love. If you truly love your wife, you will pay the price of faithfulness in the midst of pressure to be unfaithful to her in your workplace, or even in the ministry. Some husbands are yet to demonstrate their love for their wives by sacrificially giving to her. If your relationship with your wife is all about convenience – you do things for her only when it is convenient, then you owe your wife big time. Wives of such husbands should demand of their husbands the debt of sacrifice.

Sacrifice help to gauge your love for God. We can say God loves us exceedingly because He was prepared to part with His only begotten Son. If you say you love God, you will be ready, like Paul was, to spend and be spent for Him. Some questions I often ask people are; can you serve the Lord for 14 years without pay? Can you serve the Lord in the rural areas with no social amenities? Can you serve under an uneducated man of God when you are well educated? Can you leave certainty for uncertainty in the name of vision and revelation? What do you have to show for your love for God? Where is the sacrifice in your relationship with the Lord?

Prayer Point: Father, please help me to fully appreciate Your sacrificial love for me.

Meditate On His Love ~ Pastor Chris Oyakilome

pastor-chris-oyakhilome

Topic: Meditate On His Love [Tuesday, December 13th]

Meanwhile these three remain: faith, hope, and love; and the greatest of these is love (1 Corinthians 13:13 GNB).

Mark Chapter 5 tells the story of a certain woman who suffered haemorrhage for twelve long years, but was made whole by Jesus. Her audacity of faith must have come from what she heard about Jesus: that He radiated, manifested, and expressed the love of the Father. She must have heard how Jesus restored sight to the blind, raised the dead, made the lame to walk, and even restored maimed limbs. She must have been inspired to hear how He spoke loving words to the hurting, the rejected, downtrodden, and broken-hearted.

She was therefore convinced that Jesus wouldn’t reject her if she came to Him. Thus, she pressed through the crowd at the risk of her life to get to Him. Remember, the Law forbade her to have physical contact with others; she’d have been stoned to death if discovered, for daring to appear in public in her condition. But she had heard that the Master touched and healed lepers: outcasts that were ostracised by society. This most certainly lifted her spirit and rekindled hope within her that she could be well again.

In the account rendered in the Book of Matthew 9:21, the Message translation says, “She was thinking to herself, ‘If I can just put a finger on his robe, I’ll get well….” Notice that it started with a thought. She thought she wouldn’t even need Him to notice her; she could as well tap into that love-power. She did, and she was healed instantly.

What are your thoughts about the Master? Do you consciously meditate on how much He loves you? Everything Jesus is and represents is love. His miracles that we read about in the Bible were all love-inspired. His communication and actions pointed everyone to the Father’s love. He was the revelation of God’s love. He said in John 15:9 (MSG), “I’ve loved you the way my Father has loved me. Make yourselves at home in my love.” He’s saying, “Meditate on my love; stay and be at rest therein!” His unrivalled and unconditional love for you should provoke in you such audacity of faith always.

PRAYER

Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for showing me the true nature of the Father, which is Love. I meditate, embrace, and take advantage of His love today, which in turn is expressed in and through me to everyone in my world; your love in me continually compels me to reach out to heal and bless others around me. Amen.

Further Study: || 1 John 4:7-10 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. 8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. 9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. 10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son [to be] the propitiation for our sins. ||

|| John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. ||

Arise And Shine ~ Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor

Topic: Arise And Shine [December 13, 2016]

For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again, that the tender branch thereof will not cease, (Job 14:7)

To arise means to get up, stand up, rise up while to shine means to reflect the glory of God in your life.

Sometimes, the troubles of life throw you to the ground. It may even result to becoming a mockery. But child of God, if troubles of life have tossed you and thrown you to the ground, there is a divine mandate to you today, to stand up and get up from the down side of life. Do not remain there.

For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, it will sprout again, that the tender branch thereof will not cease, (Job 14:7). Rise up from your distress, pain, dejection and rejection. Get up. Refuse to remain on the ground! It is your time to shine. It is your new season.

Do not give up. Do you know that the best is within the worst? Do you know that your light shines brightest when the night is darkest? No matter how dark your night is, your dawn must break. Arise, shine!

FURTHER READING: Hebrews 11:24-25.

WORDS OF WISDOM: In every zero, there is a hero.

Don’t Panic ~ Kenneth Copeland

kenneth-copeland

Topic: Don’t Panic [December 13, 2016]

Roll your works upon the Lord [commit and trust them wholly to Him; He will cause your thoughts to become agreeable to His will, and] so shall your plans be established and succeed.Proverbs 16:3, The Amplified Bible

Right now you may be on the edge of a major decision…about to make a change in your job or your church or your personal life. You know you need divine guidance. And you’re hoping desperately to hear from the Lord.

If that’s your situation, don’t panic. Being led by the Lord isn’t some complicated process that only the spiritual “pros” can master.

I found that out years ago when I was a new believer. I wanted to live in a way that was pleasing to God, but I didn’t know how to make decisions that were in line with His will.

Then one day as I was studying The Amplified Bible, I came across Proverbs 16:3. Immediately, I latched on to this verse and began to use it in my life—and I can tell you now from experience, it works!

It will work for you too if you’ll do what it says. Roll your works over on God, commit your ways to Him, trust them wholly to Him. He’ll start adjusting your thoughts to be like His until, at some point, you’ll just know the right thing to do. Of course, faith is involved. One of the requirements is trust, and you won’t be able to do that without feeding on God’s Word. Then as you practice rolling your works upon the Lord and trusting Him, you become more confident in your ability to hear. Start now with whatever problem is bothering you. Pray and trust God with it. In other words, believe you receive when you pray. Stop worrying and begin believing.

Learn to live this way and it doesn’t matter whether you’ve been a Christian 30 minutes or 30 years, your plans shall be established and succeed!
