Lyrics: Prince Of Peace By Henry Olubunmi

I was once on the path of destruction
I thought this path was the right way for me
There was a time I was self-dependent
I thought I could do it all by myself.
Jesus, Savior sent His Word
He removed the scales covering my eyesight
Whao! Once I was blind
But not again
For now I can see.

Jesus Christ, come into my life,
Dwell in my heart, never go away
Prince of peace, come into my life
Give me peace, never go away
God of love, come into my home
Build my home, never go away
Jesus Christ, come into our land
Heal our land, never go away.

It is written that you shall know the truth
And the truth you know will surely set you free
Alleluia, I’ve found the truth
I pledge to live in this truth forever.
I want you more and more my Lord Jesus
Fill every space in my life till I’m full
Now that you have shown me mercy
I will hold you tight forever and ever.

Jesus Christ, come into my life
Dwell in my heart, never go away
Prince of peace, come into my life
Give me peace, never go away
God of love, come into my home
Build my home, never go away
Jesus Christ, come into our land
Heal our land, never go away.

Dwell in my heart, never go away
Dwell in my heart, never go away
Give me your peace, never go away
Give me peace, never go away
Build my home, never go away
Build my home, never go away
Heal our land, never go away
Heal our land, never go away
Father, Show me your love, never go away
Show me your love, never go away Jesus, Dwell in my heart, never go away
Dwell in my heart, never go away
Father, give me your peace, never go away
Give me peace, never go away.

Seeds Of Destiny Devotional – Key Thoughts On Diligence

Pastor Paul Enenche

Dunamis’ Seeds of Destiny 15 January 2021 Devotional By Pastor Paul Enenche – Key Thoughts On Diligence

Topic: Key Thoughts On Diligence

The attention we pay to the details of life determines the difference that becomes of our lives.

Scripture: Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men. Proverbs 22:29

Thought For The Day: Diligence is the way to prominence, eminence and excellence.

Previously, we established that diligence is a requirement for excellence and distinction. Diligence is the pathway to excellence and distinction.

Now, we shall look at key thoughts on diligence:

  1. Diligence is the high way to eminence, prominence and excellence (Proverbs 22:29).

Diligence is the way to prominence, eminence and excellence. That is why Proverbs 22:29 says: Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men.

The diligent are eminent, prominent and excellent in life.

  1. Great differences are made out of little details.

Great differences are made out of little details. Human beings are the same in many ways but different in details; and the attention we pay to the details of life determines the difference that becomes of our lives. Great differences are made out of little details, and that is what is called diligence.

When the queen of Sheba visited King Solomon, what blew her mind was attention to the little details she saw in the palace (1 Kings 10:4-5).

You know, it is little hinges that swing big doors. And one can fail an examination when attention is not paid to little details. Also, one can pass an examination when attention is paid to little details.

Beloved, my counsel is, make up your mind to be diligent so you can be eminent, prominent and excellent. Pay attention to little details so you can arrive at excellence.

Remember this: Diligence is the way to prominence, eminence and excellence.

Assignments:

  1. Make up your mind to be diligent in all that you do.
  2. Pay attention to little details.

Prayer: O Lord, I ask for the grace to be diligent in all that I do so I can end up being eminent. Help me to pay attention to little details, Lord in Jesus’ Name.

FOR FURTHER UNDERSTANDING, GET THIS MESSAGE: THE PATHWAY OF EXCELLENCE (PART 3).

Quote: There are people who have more publicity than productivity. They have so much celebration without appreciation – of God; celebration without concentration. They are the kind of people relaxing when they should be re-firing.

Culled from “21 FOOLISH THINGS PEOPLE DO” by Dr Paul Enenche.

Daily Reading: Exodus 21-25.

Amazing Fact: An elephant can smell water up to 3 miles away.

Prophetic Declaration/Word: Receive a fresh baptism of diligence in this season in Jesus’ Name.

Today’s devotional was written by Pastor Paul Enenche of the Dunamis International Gospel Centre (DIGC), headquartered at Abuja, Nigeria, with Pastor Paul and Becky Enenche, as the Senior Pastors. DCLM Daily Manna – Peace That Conquers Worry

DCLM Daily Manna

DCLM Daily Manna 15 January 2021 Devotional By Pastor William Folorunso Kumuyi

Topic: Peace That Conquers Worry

Text: John 14:21-31 (KJV)

21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

22 Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world?

23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.

24 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father’s which sent me.

25 These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you.

26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.

29 And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe.

30 Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.

31 But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence.

Key Verse: “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid” (John 14:27).

MESSAGE:

Many people cannot conceive of life without worry and anxiety. They live in an environment entirely consumed by frenetic activities. They are troubled by events around them, and literally worry themselves to death on fears that may in the end, not materialise. They develop new sicknesses entirely from worrying too much.

The problem really is that while such people may claim to love the Lord, in reality, His word is not deeply rooted in them. Yet, obedience to the word of the Lord is the proof that you love Him. Only then can you enjoy a flourishing fellowship with God the Father and the Son. It also admits the Holy Spirit into your life, enabling Him to guide, counsel, lead and direct your conduct. He continuously reminds you of the word of the Lord and enables you to obey God.

In such a condition, there is no longer a place for worry and anxiety in your life. You experience profoundly deep and enduring peace, which only the Lord can give. You are no longer troubled, irrespective of what is happening around you. He breaks the captivity and bondage of fear, which destroys faith and therefore, leaves people as victims in the hand of the enemy. When you obey God, you are affirming your faith in Jesus Christ, His Son. And just as Satan could not overpower Jesus, even so his evil actions against your life will fail.

The peace our Lord Jesus Christ promised believers is not the absence of trouble or trials, but a calming comfort and assurance that God is in control of whatever situation you may be going through. This is not positive or sheer motivational thinking. It is knowing that because you are a child of God, He will not allow the devil to triumph over you.

Thought For Today: The peace of the Lord brings calm confidence in the face of the storms of life.

Patrick Dopson Set To Release Powerful New Single

Makeitalright - Patrick Dopson

Soulful singer and songwriter Patrick Dopson is a Dove Award-nominated artist and a Stellar Award-winning creative whose Billboard Chart-topping Gospel hits include “God Is” and “God Is Able“.

After a few years away from recording and plowing through the unprecedented changes and challenges of last year, Dopson continues to push his anointed and poignant pen to craft healing and hope-filled music to inspire the world.

“Over the last year, like many, I found myself writing from my own experiences and struggles with the multiple pandemics we’ve faced,” Dopson shares. “Covid-19, the political and church divide, depression, isolation, loss, indifference, and fear have all come to undo our Peace. We all have sensed the ebbs and flows stemming from the challenges of 2020. When inundated with it all, it’s easy to forget the One orchestrating it all for our good and that His promises still stand true.”

The world continues to seek peace and understanding amidst many social challenges. Dopson responds with his signature warm vocals on a powerful new single “Make It Alright”.

Dopson explains, “I began writing this song on a Sunday afternoon, a day that we would typically be in church. I began to feel the encouragement of the Holy Spirit to assure me that God would make it alright. He reminded me of a scripture that I’ve quoted many times: He will perfect that which concerns me, Psalms 138:8. At that moment that was all I needed. The rest began to pour out. I laughed at myself because I sat at my piano and everything started to come out real churchy. I knew then that I wanted others to be encouraged by it, and I wanted to have a legendary voice of the church to join me on this record.”

Make It Alright” is written by Dopson and Kevin Camp (Israel & New Breed, Smokie Norful, Regina Belle, Donnie McClurkin). Dopson invited Gospel music legend Pastor John P. Kee to join him on the new single.

“I’m very ecstatic about this release,” says Dopson. “I’m thankful to have my friend Kevin Camp working with me. He does an outstanding job in interpreting my heart with the music. We’re really hoping to encourage people right now, right where they are.”

“Make It Alright” is available for pre-order on iTunes and Amazon Music now. The single will release on all digital music outlets on February 5.

Seeds Of Destiny Devotional – Maximising Life Through Engagement In Productive Activity

Pastor Paul Enenche

Dunamis’ Seeds of Destiny 14 January 2021 Devotional By Pastor Paul Enenche – Maximising Life Through Engagement In Productive Activity

Topic: Maximising Life Through Engagement In Productive Activity

When you do nothing and live anyhow, you are more easily worn out than someone who is living a life that is fully awake and active.

Scripture: Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord; Romans 12:11

Thought For The Day: Doing nothing is more tiring than being active.

Sometime ago, someone saw my schedule and exclaimed, “What a suffering! Do you sleep in the night at all? How do you sleep?”

He was amazed because he saw that apart from pastoring the church and overseeing the (then on-going) Lord’s Garden construction project, I was also actively involved in crusades and outreaches. All these things were going on at the same time.

Beloved, I want you to know that hard work does not wear out a person, rather, it is wrong work that wears a person out. Diligence is more refreshing than idleness. Idleness is more tiring than diligence. Doing nothing is more tiring than being active. When you do nothing and live anyhow, you are more easily worn out than someone who is living a life that is fully awake and active.

When you are fully awake and active, all your cells, arteries, tendons, ligaments, tissues are also fully awake, alert and alive. But when there is nothing to do, your body cells begin to weaken and get flaccid, and then decadence sets in.

To live life to the full, you must be positively active, not aimlessly busy. To live your life to the full, you must be fully and positively engaged for God.

Beloved, I decree that you will fulfil yours days on earth. The grace to live for God and make the most of life is on you right now in Jesus’ Name.

Remember this: Doing nothing is more tiring than being active.

Assignments:

  1. Make up your mind to be actively engaged in doing something productive.
  2. Refuse to engage in the wrong work.

Prayer: O Lord, I ask that You deliver me from the wrong work. Help me to be diligent at work, Lord in Jesus’ Name.

For Further Understanding, Get This Message: Making The Most Of Life.

Quote: There is dignity in diligence. Culled from “21 FOOLISH THINGS PEOPLE DO” by Dr Paul Enenche.

Daily Reading: Exodus 16-20

Amazing Fact: A moth has no stomach.

Prophetic Declaration/Word: Fresh grace for productivity is released upon your life in this season in Jesus’ Name.

Today’s devotional was written by Pastor Paul Enenche of the Dunamis International Gospel Centre (DIGC), headquartered at Abuja, Nigeria, with Pastor Paul and Becky Enenche, as the Senior Pastors. It is a power-packed arena where God’s Presence, Principles and Power are at work for the salvation, healing and restoration of human destinies and dignities.

DCLM Daily Manna – Bloody Confederates

DCLM Daily Manna

DCLM Daily Manna 14 January 2021 Devotional By Pastor William Folorunso Kumuyi

Topic: Bloody Confederates

Text: Psalm 83:1-8 (KJV)

1 (A Song or Psalm of Asaph.) Keep not thou silence, O God: hold not thy peace, and be not still, O God.

2 For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult: and they that hate thee have lifted up the head.

3 They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones.

4 They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance.

5 For they have consulted together with one consent: they are confederate against thee:

6 The tabernacles of Edom, and the Ishmaelites; of Moab, and the Hagarenes;

7 Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; the Philistines with the inhabitants of Tyre;

8 Assur also is joined with them: they have holpen the children of Lot. Selah.

Key Verse: “For they have consulted together with one consent: they are confederate against thee” (Psalm 83:5).

MESSAGE:

Heaven’s justice principles are such that those who gang up against the weak but godly people become the target of God’s anger.

From our text, the psalmist was alarmed with a sense of urgency as he implored God to arise for His people and His chosen ones. He asked Him not to be silent while wicked nations plotted against the righteous. About twelve nations whose common purpose was to destroy Israel, God’s people were mentioned in this alliance.

There is nothing wrong when nations pull their resources to achieve a greater good. As a matter of fact, it brings about economy of scale, reduces costs and produces better results. But when the alliance is about subjugating a sovereign and independent nation or to punish and destroy the innocent, such alliance leaves much to be desired. Those who plan with their fellow wicked men to overthrow and rob unsuspecting innocent people of their rights should remember that God does not support evil no matter how many people or nations are involved. Coup plotters who attempt to change the social and economic order for their selfish aims usually face the full wrath of the law if they are caught.

So also, the Lord will punish severely those who plot evil against their neighbours, in hope of advancing their selfish aim. The selfish instinct in the strong to subdue and subjugate the less endowed has always been the cause of the oppressions in many societies. Many suffer unjustly today and are deprived of what rightfully belong to them because of the high-handedness of the privileged elites. However, God, who is not a respecter of persons, will ultimately bring judgment upon those evil men who delight in the suffering of fellow humans.

Thought For Today: Combined effort to do evil will surely boomerang.

I Choose You – Kim Harley

I Choose You - Kim Harley

Kim Harley – the native New Yorker brings abundant joy to audiences near and far as she leads worship every week via virtual church. Kim made a conscious decision in her youth to give her life to Jesus. Throughout her life she has seen God’s hand carefully orchestrating and giving direction.  Kim reaffirms her commitment in her new single, “I Choose You”

Kim Harley came to know the Lord early in life. She grew up in a God fearing home surrounded by her parents and brothers and grounded and rooted in the Pentecostal church.  While Kim was picked on at school for being different, she found comfort singing with her brothers as they received musical instruction from their mother.  Kim showed prowess which led to music instruction in high school and continuing her music education studies through her college years.

Today, Kim sees it as preparation for the stages she would stand on and all the places where the Lord would lead her. “I am honored to be a witness for the Lord”, says Kim.

“`I Choose You’ is personal to me, God has favored me with life through the finished work of Jesus Christ, and even though life has not been a flowery bed of ease as the old folks would say, life with JESUS has made all the difference in the world.  Last year, we heard pandemic and Covid but never knew that it would look and or feel like this.  Even in the midst of what seemed like the worst, God sustained us. God cares for us and proves it every day of our lives.  And to think, the Bible says that He provides daily benefits, new mercies, everlasting love, grace to cover our sins, we are so blessed.  So I am convinced, through the sunshine and the rain, my testimony is the same,  I’ve decided to make Jesus my choice, I absolutely choose Him, He chose me before the foundation of the world and owned us, He says you are mine.  I”m excited about this release and everything the Lord has in store”.

Kim Harley continues to lift her voice in praise to God for all that He has done and continues to do in her life. As I Choose You makes the rounds at radio.  Kim continues work on her CD which is scheduled for a third quarter release.  In the meantime, you can always find Kim lifting up the name of Jesus and praising God in song.

Dunamis’ Seeds of Destiny 13 January 2021 Devotional By Pastor Paul Enenche: Diligence – A Key To Excellence

Topic: Diligence – A Key To Excellence

It takes diligence, dutifulness and paying attention to details to arrive at excellence.

Scripture: Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men. Proverbs 22:29

Thought For The Day: It takes diligence, dutifulness and paying attention to details to arrive at excellence.

Previously, we saw that the right decision is one key to a life of excellence and distinction.

Today, I will give you another key to excellence and distinction, and that is diligence.

Diligence implies doing things carefully, thoroughly and thoughtfully.

Now, one department of diligence is paying attention to details. A diligent person pays attention to details. It is not possible for anybody to arrive at excellence without diligence. If you are diligent in business, you are not permitted to stand before ordinary people (Prov. 22:29). To do things anyhow is to end nowhere. It takes diligence, dutifulness and paying attention to details to arrive at excellence. Where everything goes, nothing goes.

A life of shabbiness is the foundation for mediocrity. A man who is diligent today will be eminent tomorrow. It is not possible to be thoughtless and be result-full. It takes a level of thoroughness to see excellence in life. It is thoroughness in activity that is called diligence.

Diligence determines eminence. What you don’t work out will never work out. Carelessness is the doorway to uselessness. Show me a careless man today and I will show you a useless man tomorrow. Thoroughness is the key to excellence. Those who stand out do things well. To take things for granted is to end up grounded in life. You cannot behave anyhow and go anywhere.

Therefore, make up your mind to be diligent in everything you do.

Remember this: It takes diligence, dutifulness and paying attention to details to arrive at excellence.
