[Video] Dike (Acoustic Version) – Jlyricz

Telegram

Dike - Jlyricz

Nigerian Christian Singer-songwriter Jlyricz returns with the acoustic version of his latest single “Dike” which dropped two weeks ago.

Upon its release Dike received positive reviews for its sincere lyrics and vulnerability, something we don’t usually see in Christian music and every bit of it is definitely from the heart.

Dike (Acoustic version) however makes the song a little brighter and adds a lively feel compared to the original version and is actually Jlyricz favourite of the two.

Concerning this version, he says “It’s actually possible if I had the version earlier I would have released it as the original and the previous one as an alternate version but we actually created the acoustic version just a week before the releases of the original but I’m definitely in love with it. Though I love both of them, I think I prefer the acoustic but let’s see how it is received. I know it will be positive”.

Dike (Acoustic version) is written and performed by Jlyricz while regular collaborator Emex handles production.

Seeds Of Destiny Devotional – Changing Your Mindset, Changing Your Life

Paul Enenche

Dunamis’ Seeds Of Destiny 28 May 2021 Devotional By Dr. Paul Enenche – Changing Your Mindset, Changing Your Life

TOPIC: Changing Your Mindset, Changing Your Life

If it is God you are dealing with, He can never be limited in time and space.

SCRIPTURE: For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee. Proverbs 23:7

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: If it is God you are dealing with, He can never be limited in time and space.

A positive mindset has been established to be a critical necessity to the life of faith. That is why for your faith to be alive, you need a positive mindset.

In Luke Chapter Five and in Verse Four (Luke 5:4), at the lake of Gennesaret, Jesus told Peter to launch his net into the deep for a catch.

In his reply, Peter said to Jesus, “Master, I have toiled all night but I have taken nothing. My professional experience clearly shows me that in a situation like this, there is no fish here at all, but at Your Word, I will try again” (Luke 5:5, paraphrased).

When Peter obeyed Jesus Christ, he enclosed a great multitude of fish and the net broke.

Beloved, it was when Peter changed his mindset that his life changed.

Beloved, determine to work on your mindset. Concerning your family, people might have said that nothing good could come out of anyone. Or negative statements like: “No! A woman cannot achieve this. People of your colour cannot achieve this. You are in a strange land”, etc.

But the truth is, Daniel was in a strange land, and he became a prime minister in that strange land. Similarly, Joseph and Queen Esther were in strange lands and they became principal people in those strange lands.

Beloved, there is no limit of time, space and matter with God. If it is God you are dealing with, He can never be limited in time and space.

Today, I decree a total positive change of your mindset. Any negative and limiting mindset in your life is destroyed now, in the Name of Jesus.

Remember this: If it is God you are dealing with, He can never be limited in time and space.

ASSIGNMENTS:

  1. Refuse to limit God’s possibility in your life with a limiting mindset.
  2. Always renew your mind with the Word of God and see the possibilities of God.

PRAYER: Lord, I ask for the grace to trust You wholeheartedly. I decree that my mindset will not limit Your Work in my life, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

FOR FURTHER UNDERSTANDING, GET THIS MESSAGE: KEEPING YOUR FAITH ALIVE (PART 1)

QUOTE: Whatever comes to the mind of people when your name is mentioned is either assisting or resisting you. Culled from “21 FOOLISH THINGS PEOPLE DO” by Dr Paul Enenche.

DAILY READING: Psalm 58-60

REFLECTION: Believe is made up of “Be” and “Lieve”. So, what you believe determines what you will be for you and how you will live. Until you change what you believe, you can’t change what will be for you and how you live.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION/WORD: Grace to change limiting mindsets is released in Jesus’ Name.

Today’s devotional was written by Pastor Paul Enenche of the Dunamis International Gospel Centre (DIGC), headquartered at Abuja, Nigeria, with Pastor Paul and Becky Enenche, as the Senior Pastors. DCLM Daily Manna – Amazing Ability Through His Spirit

DCLM Daily Manna

DCLM Daily Manna 28 May 2021 Devotional By Pastor W. F. Kumuyi — Amazing Ability Through His Spirit

TOPIC: Amazing Ability Through His Spirit

TEXT: Genesis 41:33-49

33 Now therefore let Pharaoh look out a man discreet and wise, and set him over the land of Egypt.

34 Let Pharaoh do this, and let him appoint officers over the land, and take up the fifth part of the land of Egypt in the seven plenteous years.

35 And let them gather all the food of those good years that come, and lay up corn under the hand of Pharaoh, and let them keep food in the cities.

36 And that food shall be for store to the land against the seven years of famine, which shall be in the land of Egypt; that the land perish not through the famine.

37 And the thing was good in the eyes of Pharaoh, and in the eyes of all his servants.

38 And Pharaoh said unto his servants, Can we find such a one as this is, a man in whom the Spirit of God is?

39 And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, Forasmuch as God hath shewed thee all this, there is none so discreet and wise as thou art:

40 Thou shalt be over my house, and according unto thy word shall all my people be ruled: only in the throne will I be greater than thou.

41 And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, See, I have set thee over all the land of Egypt.

42 And Pharaoh took off his ring from his hand, and put it upon Joseph’s hand, and arrayed him in vestures of fine linen, and put a gold chain about his neck;

43 And he made him to ride in the second chariot which he had; and they cried before him, Bow the knee: and he made him ruler over all the land of Egypt.

44 And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, I am Pharaoh, and without thee shall no man lift up his hand or foot in all the land of Egypt.

45 And Pharaoh called Joseph’s name Zaphnathpaaneah; and he gave him to wife Asenath the daughter of Potipherah priest of On. And Joseph went out over all the land of Egypt.

46 And Joseph was thirty years old when he stood before Pharaoh king of Egypt. And Joseph went out from the presence of Pharaoh, and went throughout all the land of Egypt.

47 And in the seven plenteous years the earth brought forth by handfuls.

48 And he gathered up all the food of the seven years, which were in the land of Egypt, and laid up the food in the cities: the food of the field, which was round about every city, laid he up in the same.

49 And Joseph gathered corn as the sand of the sea, very much, until he left numbering; for it was without number.

KEY VERSE: “And Pharaoh said unto his servants, Can we find such a one as this is, a man in whom the Spirit of God is?” – (Genesis 41:38)

MESSAGE:

A respected preacher said: “All the good that is ever done in the world is worked by the Holy Spirit, and if you and I try, either as a church or individuals, to do without the Holy Spirit, God will soon do without us.” The infilling of the Holy Spirit is an inescapable imperative for every Christian who wants to excel in his or her Christian life and accomplish extraordinary exploits in Kingdom services.

In our text, Joseph interpreted Pharaoh’s dreams and also gave him a survival plan for the next fourteen years which included the choice of a discreet and wise man to take charge of the business. Meanwhile, Pharaoh recognised Joseph as a man in whom the Spirit of God was, discreet, wise and qualified to be set over his house and the whole of Egypt. He got divine promotion in a foreign land as a result of the presence of God’s Spirit in him. Joseph never knew he would suddenly be pulled out of the prison to interpret dreams that all the magicians and wise men of Egypt could not interpret. Yet he did because of the All-knowing One residing in him. With the help of the Spirit of God, he stored up food for the seven years of famine, preserved posterity and was a ruler in Egypt till his death.

Believers need to know that there are certain impartations and spiritual heights we will never attain until the Spirit of God resides in us. The Holy Spirit comes into believers’ lives primarily to enlighten and empower them for greater services for God. The extraordinary feats of the apostles of Christ and the manifestations of supernatural power recorded in the Acts of the Apostles occurred following the experience they had on the day of Pentecost. Therefore, we must zealously desire and passionately seek to be baptized with the Holy Ghost and fire so as to do great things for the glory of God.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:
Don’t be an ordinary Christian; get the power and do exploits.

God Is More Interested In The Heart Than The Outward – Judikay

Judikay

Popular gospel musician, Judikay, has admonished Christians on the need for true worship. Judikay advised Christians to worship God truly.

The musician took to social media to advise Christians to worship God in truth and in spirit. Judikay stated that the true worship of God should come from the heart.

According to her, God is more interested in the heart than the outward appearance. She stated that the heart can not be bowed before God, if the outward nature is not bowed.

Because the outward can be bowed without the heart bowing down. But the heart can never be bowed without the outward being bowed“, she wrote.

She therefore urged Christians to surrender relentlessly to God. According to her surrendering to God is a reasonable service. “Let your posture be bowed to the Lord. It is your reasonable service.” She wrote.

Judikay also disclosed to her Christian fans that she is set to release her first live worship video.

DCLM Daily Manna – Humility Is Key

DCLM Daily Manna

DCLM Daily Manna 27 May 2021 Devotional by Pastor W. F. Kumuyi — Humility Is Key

TOPIC: Humility Is Key

TEXT: Matthew 18:1-14

1 At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?

2 And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them,

3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.

4 Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

5 And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.

6 But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

7 Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh!

8 Wherefore if thy hand or thy foot offend thee, cut them off, and cast them from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life halt or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into everlasting fire.

9 And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire.

10 Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.

11 For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost.

12 How think ye? if a man have an hundred sheep, and one of them be gone astray, doth he not leave the ninety and nine, and goeth into the mountains, and seeketh that which is gone astray?

13 And if so be that he find it, verily I say unto you, he rejoiceth more of that sheep, than of the ninety and nine which went not astray.

14 Even so it is not the will of your Father which is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish.

KEY VERSE: “Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.” – (Matthew 18:4)

MESSAGE:

According to A.W. Tozer, “In every Christian heart there is a cross and a throne, and the Christian is on the throne till he puts himself on the cross; if he refuses the cross he remains on the throne … We want to be saved but we insist that Christ do all the dying. No cross for us, no dethronement, no dying. We remain king within the little kingdom of man and wear our tinsel crown with all the pride of a Caesar; but we doom ourselves to shadows and weakness and spiritual sterility.” Dying daily on the cross is the way to greatness in God’s Kingdom.

Jesus, in the previous chapter, had been to the Mount of Transfiguration with three of His disciples. He had healed the epileptic boy and had instructed Peter to cast a hook and get money from the fish’s mouth to pay the temple tax. The disciples were preoccupied with the organisational structure of Christ’s earthly kingdom, hence the question; “Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?” The Lord ignored their question and made a practical illustration of humility of heart and life as a virtue that paves the way for greatness in God’s kingdom. He noted that there must be genuine conversion to childlikeness characterised by sincerity of heart.

As believers, we must make it a priority to pray for the dethronement of self and be clothed with humility. These will enable us keep our eternal perspective. Humility will also help in our spiritual progress and heavenward journey. We must in all humility depend on the Holy Spirit to seek and save the lost. Remember that God resists the proud and gives grace to the humble. Therefore, as God’s children, we must be clothed in transparent humility.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:
Humility is the badge of every true Christian.

Seeds Of Destiny Devotional – Service To God – A Doorway To Accessing Supernatural Supplies

Paul Enenche

Dunamis’ Seeds Of Destiny 27 May 2021 Devotional By Pastor Paul Enenche: Service To God – A Doorway To Accessing Supernatural Supplies

TOPIC: Service To God – A Doorway To Accessing Supernatural Supplies

When you make up your mind to serve God and service your generation, supernatural supplies will naturally flow to you.

SCRIPTURE: And ye shall serve the Lord your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee. Exodus 23:25

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: When you make up your mind to serve God and service your generation, supernatural supplies will naturally flow to you.

It has been confirmed that service to God is a covenant blessing connector. Service is a connector of supernatural supplies.

The Book of Exodus 23:25 makes it clear that if you serve the Lord, you shall be blessed. And please note that it is not just serving God but servicing your generation.

When God blesses you greatly, what would you do with the money? Of course, it is to service your generation. When you minister welfare to people, you would realise that there are many people in need. Many times, you will not even know where to start from in meeting the needs of people.

Let me give you an example: After preaching on a Sunday service one day, as I was attending to people, I saw many of them in diverse needs. One of them told me, “I don’t have where to sleep this night; I don’t even know what to eat tonight”. Many people are genuinely in need.

God wants you to come to a point where you begin to service your generation; a point where you are positioned to service your generation with supplies; where you don’t look for money for personal comfort but to service your generation. When you make up your mind to serve God and service your generation, then supernatural supplies will naturally flow to you.

Remember this: When you make up your mind to serve God and service your generation, supernatural supplies will naturally flow to you.

ASSIGNMENTS:

  1. Make up your mind to be of service both to God and to your generation.
  2. Be involved in service in the House of God.

PRAYER: Lord, I receive a heart of a servant. I receive the grace to dedicatedly serve You and service my generation Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

QUOTE: Until you learn to be on the giving side in service, you don’t expect to receive service. Culled from “FINALLY FREE FROM SINGLENESS” by Dr (Mrs) Becky Enenche.

REFLECTION: Have you wiped the tear of anyone recently? Have you put the smile on the face of anyone recently? Have you cared enough to listen to anyone’s plight recently? Have you made a positive difference in the life of anyone recently?

PROPHETIC DECLARATION/WORD: May the Lord put in your hand, what is in your heart to do for others in Jesus’ Name.

Seeds Of Destiny Devotional – The Benefit Of Soul Winning

Paul Enenche

Dunamis’ Seeds Of Destiny 26 May 2021 Devotional By Pastor Paul Enenche – The Benefit Of Soul Winning

TOPIC: The Benefit Of Soul Winning

Commitment to meeting the needs of God will provoke God’s commitment to meeting the needs of man.

SCRIPTURE: Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you. John 15:16.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Commitment to meeting the needs of God will provoke God’s commitment to meeting the needs of man.

Soul winning has been established in our previous study to be a dimension or aspect of dedication to God.

Today, we shall be looking at the benefit of soul-winning. One of the benefits of soul winning is answered prayer.

John 15:16 says,

Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.

In Luke 5:1-5, we read the story of how Peter toiled all night and caught nothing. Then, he gave his fishing boat to Jesus so Jesus could preach from it to the crowd on the seashore. And as Jesus preached from it and souls were touched, He returned to Peter and caused Peter to see the desires of his heart which was the catching of fishes to a net-breaking level.

Please understand these two things:

  1. Commitment to meeting the needs of God will provoke God’s commitment to meeting the needs of man at the place of prayer.

What is the need of God? He doesn’t want any soul to be lost (2 Peter 3:9). Commitment to meeting the needs of God will provoke God’s commitment to meeting the needs of man.

  1. The place of soul winning is a platform for answered prayers.

Jesus makes it clear that whatsoever you ask the Father in His Name, He will do it (John 15:16). As you bear fruit, God answers your prayers.

Remember this: Commitment to meeting the needs of God will provoke God’s commitment to meeting the needs of man.

ASSIGNMENTS:

  1. Make up your mind to win souls for God.
  2. Talk about Jesus to the unbelievers in your neighbourhood and at your place of work.

PRAYER: Thank You Lord for Your Word to me today. I receive the grace to win souls, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

FOR FURTHER UNDERSTANDING, GET THIS MESSAGE: DIMENSIONS OF DEDICATION (PART 1B)

QUOTE: Do not just attend church and watch what happens. Do not just sit in church only as a miracle recipient. Be an active participant, not a spectator, not an observer. Be involved. Culled from “15 KINGDOM STRATEGIES FOR SURVIVAL” by Dr Paul Enenche.

DAILY READING: Psalm 52-54

REFLECTION: Are there things you have been trusting God to do for you? Are there prayers that appear to have been unanswered for you all this while? The place of soul winning is a place of answered prayer.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION/WORD: As you hit the road in the Kingdom assignment, your personal fulfilment is released in Jesus’ Name.

Today’s devotional was written by Pastor Paul Enenche of the Dunamis International Gospel Centre (DIGC), headquartered at Abuja, Nigeria, with Pastor Paul and Becky Enenche, as the Senior Pastors. DCLM Daily Manna – Courageous Act Of Faith

DCLM Daily Manna

DCLM Daily Manna 26 May 2021 Devotional By Pastor W. F. Kumuyi — Courageous Act Of Faith

TOPIC: Courageous Act Of Faith

TEXT: Exodus 2:1-10

1 And there went a man of the house of Levi, and took to wife a daughter of Levi.

2 And the woman conceived, and bare a son: and when she saw him that he was a goodly child, she hid him three months.

3 And when she could not longer hide him, she took for him an ark of bulrushes, and daubed it with slime and with pitch, and put the child therein; and she laid it in the flags by the river’s brink.

4 And his sister stood afar off, to wit what would be done to him.

5 And the daughter of Pharaoh came down to wash herself at the river; and her maidens walked along by the river’s side; and when she saw the ark among the flags, she sent her maid to fetch it.

6 And when she had opened it, she saw the child: and, behold, the babe wept. And she had compassion on him, and said, This is one of the Hebrews’ children.

7 Then said his sister to Pharaoh’s daughter, Shall I go and call to thee a nurse of the Hebrew women, that she may nurse the child for thee?

8 And Pharaoh’s daughter said to her, Go. And the maid went and called the child’s mother.

9 And Pharaoh’s daughter said unto her, Take this child away, and nurse it for me, and I will give thee thy wages. And the woman took the child, and nursed it.

10 And the child grew, and she brought him unto Pharaoh’s daughter, and he became her son. And she called his name Moses: and she said, Because I drew him out of the water.

KEY VERSE: “And when she could not longer hide him, she took for him an ark of bulrushes, and daubed it with slime and with pitch, and put the child therein; and she laid it in the flags by the river’s brink.” – (Exodus 2:3)

MESSAGE:

An extract from Johnnye V. Chandler’s Poem-like article ‘Stand in Faith’ reads; “Stand in faith, even when you can’t see your way; Stand in faith, knowing that He can change your situation suddenly… Even in those times you feel it’s hard to pray; Stand in faith, And believe that He has already made the way, Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen, so stand in faith, because you already have the victory!”

Moses was born at a critical time when Pharaoh, king of Egypt, had ordered the killing of every Hebrew male child that was newly born. Moses’ mother was not able to change Pharaoh’s inhuman law but took courageous steps of faith by initially hiding this goodly child for three months. Later she put him in a small ark of bulrushes and laid it by the river brink with Mariam, Moses’ elder sister watching from afar, to see what would become of the child. God used her little efforts of acting in faith to reunite mother and son, placing Moses, a Hebrew in the house of Pharaoh; and also to begin the accomplishment of His plan to rescue Israel from Egypt through Moses.

Challenges, difficult circumstances and trials are universal experiences to all, including the Christian. We are not exempted from the vicissitudes of life. But the good news, however, is that Christ overcame and we shall also emerge victorious if we follow His steps.

Whenever we are faced with the battles of life, we should act in faith by trusting God to take care of us knowing that His promises can never fail. God expects us to trust Him no matter the trials we are going through. You may feel you are in the bulrushes of life right now but all you need to do is to fix your gaze on Christ and He will show you the way out.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:
Faith in God brings consistent victory.
