Help Is On The Way ~ Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor

Topic: Help Is On The Way [Friday January 13, 2017]

“There are eleven day’s journey from Horeb by the way of Mount Seir unto Kadesh-barnea.” (Deuteronomy 1:2)

Helpers make life easier. A person who has help finds things relatively easier than the one who has no help. Helpers give you speed.

Some people think they can do it alone. They probably can but the truth is that with a helper here and there, the journey of life becomes easier. We need help in various areas of our lives.

I know so many people like it when they get double of a good thing, especially when others got just one part. The number 2 stands for double, but it is also the number of help. See what the Bible says: “Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour… And if one prevails against him, two shall withstand him…” (Eccl. 4:9-12)

In  1 Sam. 11, a king threatened to pluck out an eye of everyone in a town called Jabesh-gilead. The inhabitants of the town looked around and found no one to help them. But as a man from the town wondered about in despair, he stumbled on Saul, who sent the man back to the town with the following words, “… Thus shall ye say unto the men of Jabesh-gilead, To morrow, by that time the sun be hot, ye shall have help.” (1 Sam 11:9)

Your helpers will locate you, in Jesus’ name. Your help is on the way. This month, you will meet help unexpectedly. You will not miss your helpers and your helpers will not miss you. If you have been searching for a helpmeet, he or she will meet you this month.
