Topic: Impossibility And Deception, Out [Saturday April 1, 2017]
“And a stone was brought and laid upon the mouth of the den; and the king sealed it with his own signet … that the purpose might not be changed concerning Daniel.” (Dan 6:17)
In ancient times, most altars were made of stone. And it was on top of them that sacrifices for good or evil purposes were offered. Having said that, I want to show you some other not-so-nice things that stones could be used for.
Dan 6:17 tells us that the stone was rolled over the den into which they had thrown Daniel so that no one would change the purpose of putting him there. The purpose of any satanic stone rolled on anybody is to put that person permanently under the influence of the spirit of impossibility. When someone is under such a stone, he or she makes a lot of motion but no movement.
If you find out that the project you started at the same time with others is not making progress, although they have completed theirs and moved on to new ones, know that you may be under the influence of the satanic stone of impossibility.
The Bible talks about the stone of Zeholeth: “And Adonijah slew sheep and oxen and fat cattle by the stone of Zoheleth….” (1 Kings 1:9)
Zoheleth means serpent. It was a serpentine stone. Now, two things stand out about a serpent. The first and most notable is that it stands for deception (Genesis 3:1,13).Adonijah operated by Zoheleth at a time he wanted to deceive Israel into making him king. Serpentine stone represents deception from the pit of hell. Satan is the serpent that deceived the whole world. Every deception emanates from the devil.
I roll away the stone of impossibility from your life. No power, human being, and situation will deceive you away from God’s grace today.
Words of Wisdom: What you understand and withstand cannot keep you under the stone of impossibility.
Confession/Prayer: Every serpentine stone from the pit of hell deceiving me and my family, expire by fire.
