No One Is Taking Your Greatness ~ Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor

Topic: No One Is Taking Your Greatness [Wednesday February 8, 2017]

“As yet I am as strong this day as I was in the day that Moses sent me: as my strength was then, even so is my strength now, for war, both to go out, and to come in.” (Joshua 14: 11)

A horse is symbolic of strength and hard work. When a man’s horse is taken from him, his success is taken. When an exchange takes place, the strength to live a consistent Christian life and to discern the things of God is taken. Caleb said, “As my strength was then, even so is my strength now.” How is your spiritual strength? Is it strong or weak? Are you consistently rendering your service to God without excuses, come rain or shine?

1 Corinthians 11:29 says, “For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body.”

Please pay attention. Information received, understood, and used becomes revelation. The word discern means “to understand or recognize.” When you do not discern the body of Christ, judgment could be activated. The type of judgment is in 1 Corinthians 11:30:“For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep.”

Sometimes, the physical weakness and sickness some people experience is because of activated judgment. Many people do not get the answer to their prayers because a judgment is working. And many sleep means many die because of the weakness and sickness which was brought about by the judgment. It starts from weakness, proceeds to sickness, and ends in death. Judgment comes after your strength is taken. Your strength could  be taken when you bring damnation to yourself.

This year, your weakness will be transformed to strength to run your race to completion. You will experience speed and accomplishment to finish well, in Jesus’ name.

WORD OF WISDOM: Discernment comes from revelation, and revelation brings inspiration.

PRAYER/CONFESSION: I receive my greatness through Christ. Every  pending judgment over my life and destiny, scatter, in the name of Jesus Christ.
