TOPIC: Key Thoughts On Diligence (Seeds Of Destiny 30 November 2024)
SCRIPTURE: The hand of the diligent shall bear rule: but the slothful shall be under tribute. Proverbs 12:24.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The slothful person shall ever remain at the bottom, while the diligent person shall remain at the top.
MESSAGE:
It has been established that diligence is a doorway to the top in life. Where you will stand tomorrow is determined by how diligent you are today.
Now, I will like you to take note of some key facts on diligence:
i) Diligence is the way to eminence.
When you are diligent, you cannot escape eminence. A diligent hand will always end at the top in life.
ii. Work determines worth.
Your worth is determined by the work you do. People of high value and worth are people given to diligent work.
iii. Hard work equals high flight.
When you see a man who works hard, you are seeing a man who must fly high.
iv. Life is never easy for the lazy.
A lazy person will never find life easy. Life is never easy for the man that is lazy.
v. Rulership is the outcome of diligence.
Proverbs 12:24 says,
The hand of the diligent shall bear rule: but the slothful shall be under tribute.
The slothful person shall ever remain at the bottom while the diligent person shall remain at the top.
So, rulership is the outcome of diligence.
Beloved, by all means, resist the temptation to be lazy. Refuse every form of laziness and indolence. Embrace the lifestyle of diligence, and you will see yourself at the top.
Today, I curse every spell of indolence out of your life, in Jesus’ Name.
Remember this: The slothful person shall ever remain at the bottom while the diligent person shall remain at the top.

PRAYER: Lord, I receive a fresh baptism of work, labour and diligence. I reject the bottom life of laziness and sleepiness, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
