Topic: What Are You Carrying? [Monday March 20, 2017]
“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” (Matt 11:28-30)
If you are not carrying the church, what are you carrying? Are you carrying your family, community, or Nigeria? I pity you. Left alone, can you carry only your own load, talk less of that of your entire family? The load of this world is too heavy. Many people are groaning under the pressure of carrying only the load passed on to them by their parents and grandparents. If you must carry anything, let it be Jesus. Yes! Carry the church on your head. If you end up like me, that is not a bad way to end up. Is it?
Run from negative influences. They will quench your fire. If such people come to you, shut them up. I am very concerned for you because I want to see you carrying your breakthrough this year.
Show me your genuine zeal for God and I will show you how your life will end with divine provision and peace. You don’t serve a dead God. You serve a living God. He rewards those who zealously labour for Him. He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. The lion may lack food but those that seek the Lord will never lack good things. You have a chance to light up your fire again. You have the chance to stoke your fire again. The fire you have shall burn off every negative influence around you. You will be a fulfilled person.
WORD OF WISDOM: Your zeal will not suffer a postponement of your advancement
PRAYER/CONFESSION: LORD, in the name of Jesus, answer all my ancient prayers and let me see their manifestation.
