Dunamis Daily Devotional – Your Praise And Your Favour

Topic: Your Praise And Your Favour [Thursday March 15, 2018]

Scripture: Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee. Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us. God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear him. Psalm 67:5-7

Thought For The Day: To praise God is to have favour; to fail to praise God is to lack favour.

It has been established that the pathway of praise is the highway of the blessing of God. Those who understand the language of praise never struggle to be blessed. No spell or curse of life can withstand the atmosphere of praise.

One of the other blessings of praise is the favour of God. Praise attracts the favour of God into the life of the praiser. The Bible records that the apostles were praising God and having favour with all the people and the Lord added to the Church daily, such as should be saved (Acts 2:47).

To praise God is to have favour; to fail to praise God is to lack favour. You cannot be a certified praiser and remain a victim of disfavour.

Now, what is the outcome of favour?
1. The favour of God is the secret of possessions, additions, and supplies in life. So, where there is favour, people possess their possessions (Deuteronomy 23:23).
2. Favour is the secret of promotion and elevation in life. Favour took Esther to the palace of King Ahasuerus (Esther 2:15-17). Joseph was favoured and found grace in the sight of his master, Potiphar (Genesis 39:2-7).

Today, I prophesy to you, every trace of dryness and scarcity in your life disappears forever; your praise will provoke God unto manifestation in Jesus’ Name.

Remember This: To praise God is to have favour; to fail to praise God is to lack favour.

Assignments:
1. Praise God genuinely from the depth of your heart.
2. Repent from every sin or guilt in your life that will hinder your praise from being acceptable unto God.

Prayer: O Lord, I praise You for Your Word to me today. I ask for the favour that comes from praising You today, Lord in Jesus’ Name.
