Faith is Expecting God To Make Do His Promise – David Oyedepo

Faith determines how much we trust God. Given this, Bishop David Oyedepo has stated that Faith means expecting God to fulfill his promise to us.

Ministering during a mid-week service at Canaan Land, Oyedepo stated that it isn’t enough to believe God but believers must be expectant.

The Bishop revealed that regardless of any circumstance God doesn’t lead backward, he leads forward.

He added that testimonies can’t manifest unless a believer is expectant. This is because someone’s expectation defines his tomorrow.

“Faith is the substance of things expected, the evidence of things not seen. Faith is not just believing God to do something, faith is expecting God to make His promise as I believe.

You’re going in the month of February because He always leads forward, circumstances notwithstanding. Circumstances notwithstanding, God never leads backward, He always leads forward.

You cannot experience what you don’t expect. Expectation is the mother of all manifestations. Your Word-based expectation is what defines your tomorrow. Our Word-based, Word-triggered expectation is what determines what awaits us tomorrow”, Bishop Oyedepo said.
