Thetimo’s new mashup music titled Dupe Oore is a perfect song to thank God with as the year comes to a close.

Dupe Oore is a live mashup of two deep and heavily anointed songs from THETIMO’s archives (Oore and Dupe). It’s a fervent praise and heartfelt worship session from the soul of an eternally grateful soul for everything the Lord has done.

“If you look carefully within, you will find that God has been gracious unto you as well,”  Thetimo said, attesting to God’s goodness to him. He kept you going until December 2022. TREM Devotional – Your Recovery Is Guaranteed

Bishop Mike Okonkwo

Wisdom For The Day Devotional 8 September 2023 By Bishop Mike Okonkwo – Your Recovery Is Guaranteed

TOPIC: Your Recovery Is Guaranteed (TREM Devotional 8 September 2023)

“And David enquired of the LORD, saying, Shall I pursue after this troop? Shall I pursue after this troop? Shall I overtake them? And he answered him, Pursue: for thou shalt surely overtake them, and without fail recover all.” 1 Samuel 30:8 (KJV)

MESSAGE:

You have nothing to fear! Your victory is guaranteed because Jesus settled it all at the Cross. I believe with all my heart that you will recover all. All we are called to do is to enforce the victory that Christ already wrought on our behalf. This is the reason I’m confident that this year will not end without your testimony. It is a new day. Open doors are coming to you. You are going to step into positions you never thought of.

The above scripture is a story we are familiar with. It should fill us with hope and expectation. David found himself in an unfamiliar situation. He was used to experiencing victory, and being the one who destroyed the enemies, but not this time. I don’t think that he would have ever imagined that such a thing would happen to him. But there it was, staring him in the face. The Amalekites had ravaged Ziklag, taking away their families and belongings. It was completely devastating, to the point where David’s men began to talk about stoning him, and you won’t blame them.

You may have suffered setbacks. Maybe you are in an unfamiliar territory, with no help in sight. I have good news for you! Your recovery is guaranteed! However, you must change your posture. Switch from hopelessness to encouragement. That was the beginning of David’s miracle. David encouraged himself in the Lord. Though it was not stated, I can imagine that he began to remind himself of the great and mighty victories God had granted him. And rather than remain discouraged, his soul was lifted.

Beloved, appreciate God for past victories. Gratitude provokes worship, and worship gives God the license to flex His muscles on your behalf. Remind yourself of the bigness of your God and watch mountains level before you.

Seeds Of Destiny Devotional – What Is Your Conviction?

Seeds Of Destiny Devotional

Dunamis Seeds Of Destiny 8 September 2023 Devotional By Dr. Paul Enenche: What Is Your Conviction?

TOPIC: What Is Your Conviction? (Seeds Of Destiny 8 September 2023)

SCRIPTURE: For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Proverbs 23:7a

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: What you believe determines how you behave and affects what you become.

MESSAGE:

It has been established that your conviction determines your conclusion in life. What you believe determines how you behave and affects what you become.

You see, people of heavy conviction are people of heavy destiny, and people of little conviction are people of minimal destiny. In the same manner, people of zero conviction are people of zero destiny. It takes heavy matter to matter heavily.

There are people who pass through life without believing in anything. They live their lives to chance. Their slogan is, “Whatever will be, will be.” This is not how to live.

Do you know what I believe? I believe that I am relevant to this generation. I believe that I cannot be a mere spectator in life. I believe that I am in the arena for action. I believe that this generation cannot recover from the impact of my existence. I believe that I am a mobile tornado, a mobile volcano, a mobile revival. I believe that anywhere I step, something must happen.

George Whitefield was a very rugged preacher. He usually introduced himself to people this way, “I am George Whitefield. I came to preach to you, and I must be heard.” That is, “I am not begging you to listen to me. I am aware that you must listen to me.”

In those days, the Prime Minister of Britain had to sit and listen to him. The Prime Minister once said something like, “Whenever George Whitefield is about to preach, a rifle has been corked. When he opens his mouth and starts speaking, the bullet starts flying.” He sat down and listened to him.

Beloved, what is your conviction? You must make up your mind that you will not be a failure in life. Make up your mind never to live as a failure or die without succeeding.

REMEMBER THIS: What you believe determines how you behave and affects what you become.

ASSIGNMENTS:

  1. What do you believe about yourself? What is your conviction in life?
  2. Spend time with the Word to know and believe what God says about you.

PRAYER: Lord, I ask that You transform my mind-set. Help me Lord with a healthy conviction about my life and destiny so I can fulfil my purpose on earth Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

FOR FURTHER UNDERSTANDING, GET THIS MESSAGE: DESTINY CAPSULES.

QUOTE: Conviction must be the reason for association. A man that does not have a similar conviction does not have a similar destination. Culled from the book “15 KINGDOM STRATEGIES FOR SURVIVAL” by Dr Paul Enenche.

DAILY READING: Ezekiel 43-45.

AMAZING FACT: An ostrich’s eye is bigger than its brain.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION/WORD: Help from above to become all that you have been designed by God to become is released on you in Jesus’ Name.

Today’s devotional was written by Pastor Paul Enenche of the Dunamis International Gospel Centre (DIGC), headquartered at Abuja, Nigeria, with Pastor Paul and Becky Enenche, as the Senior Pastors. It is a power-packed arena where God’s Presence, Principles and Power are at work for the salvation, healing and restoration of human destinies and dignities.

DCLM Daily Manna – Praise Is Comely

Pastor W. F. Kumuyi

DCLM Daily Manna 8 September 2023 Devotional By Pastor W. F. Kumuyi — Praise Is Comely

TOPIC: Praise Is Comely (DCLM Daily Manna 8 September 2023)

KEY VERSE: “O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good; for his mercy endureth forever” (1 Chronicles 16:34).

TEXT: 1 Chronicles 16:13-36 (KJV)

13 O ye seed of Israel his servant, ye children of Jacob, his chosen ones.

14 He is the Lord our God; his judgments are in all the earth.

15 Be ye mindful always of his covenant; the word which he commanded to a thousand generations;

16 Even of the covenant which he made with Abraham, and of his oath unto Isaac;

17 And hath confirmed the same to Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant,

18 Saying, Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance;

19 When ye were but few, even a few, and strangers in it.

20 And when they went from nation to nation, and from one kingdom to another people;

21 He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes,

22 Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.

23 Sing unto the Lord, all the earth; shew forth from day to day his salvation.

24 Declare his glory among the heathen; his marvellous works among all nations.

25 For great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised: he also is to be feared above all gods.

26 For all the gods of the people are idols: but the Lord made the heavens.

27 Glory and honour are in his presence; strength and gladness are in his place.

28 Give unto the Lord, ye kindreds of the people, give unto the Lord glory and strength.

29 Give unto the Lord the glory due unto his name: bring an offering, and come before him: worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.

30 Fear before him, all the earth: the world also shall be stable, that it be not moved.

31 Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice: and let men say among the nations, The Lord reigneth.

32 Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof: let the fields rejoice, and all that is therein.

33 Then shall the trees of the wood sing out at the presence of the Lord, because he cometh to judge the earth.

34 O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever.

35 And say ye, Save us, O God of our salvation, and gather us together, and deliver us from the heathen, that we may give thanks to thy holy name, and glory in thy praise.

36 Blessed be the Lord God of Israel for ever and ever. And all the people said, Amen, and praised the Lord.

MESSAGE:

There is a direct relationship between heartfelt praise and supernatural intervention. The Scriptures are replete with such proven examples. As Jehoshaphat praised the Lord, the confederacy of enemies against his people scattered. Paul and Silas sang praises and prison doors were opened and their bonds were loosed. For those who praise the Lord from truly transformed hearts, God often responds with immediacy. Real praise brings the power of God to bear on our world.

David did not praise God just because it caught his fancy. His praise was borne out of an intimate relationship with God, a keen awareness of His majesty and His great deeds. He acknowledged God as the great Judge, covenant-Keeper, Defender and Protector. He praised Him for daily salvation, marvellous works among all nations, mercy, His greatness and goodness. He invites the earth to sing unto the Lord, declare His glory and strength; give unto Him offering, fear and worship in the beauty of holiness (1 Chronicles 16:29,30).

Praising and singing to God is a duty believers are called to engage in as His redeemed. We praise God for His incomparability to other gods, His goodness, gift of salvation, answer to prayers, good health, healing, deliverances, provision, protection, promotion and many unmerited mercies.

Praises ignite God’s power. Real and acceptable praises emanate from a saved life and pure heart. Do you find it difficult sustaining your praises and thanksgiving before the Lord? Then seek a relationship with the Lord for a walk in the Spirit that compels an instinctive praise and thanksgiving, even in the face of challenges. Only then will He give you a heart of praise and thanksgiving, and cause you to enjoy His protection today and beyond.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
Real praises ignite the power of God.

Chestnut Roasting On An Open Fire – Aretha & Wole Oni

Chestnut Roasting On An Open Fire - Aretha & Wole Oni

Aretha and Wole Oni shares their new song titled –  ”Chestnut Roasting On An Open Fire”; it won’t be overrated to say this is an all-star collaboration.

What a time to be alive as the world wakes up to an amazing and exquisite version of this ageless piece. Produced by Amb. Wole Oni for WOMP.

Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire” or, as it was originally subtitled “Merry Christmas to You” is a classic Christmas song written in 1945 by Robert Wells and Mel Tormé.

But Nat King Cole first recorded the song in June 1946. He recorded the song again in August 1946, in 1953 and in 1961, with a notable and laudable history attached to it. Other artists have also done their respective covers of the song. However, none of the previously done versions overshadows the uniqueness of this version.

The R&B and Jazz piece came so timely, to set the pace and tone for a relaxing and soothing yuletide season. Without any iota of doubt, this Christmas special will most definitely become a holiday classic, a household Christmas piece this period and beyond.

The juicy part is that the song is already available on all digital market platforms for everyone to purchase it and have a daily one-on-one experience with this masterpiece.

Lyrics: Grateful Heart By Purist Ogboi

Verse 1
My eyes has seen
My ears have heard
My month will talk about the goodness of the Lord
I’m not gonna let no rock cry out in my place
I will testify
JESUS ONWE ONYE DIKAGÍ

Chorus
ONWE ONYE DIKAGÍ NENI IGWE
(There’s no one like you in heaven)
ODI ONYE DIKAGÍ NÈNUWÁ
(There’s no one like you on earth)
ONWE ONYE DIKAGÍ NEBE NNO
(There’s no one like you in where I am)
Jesus ODI ONYE DIKAGÍ
(Jesus There is no one like you)

Verse 2
This heart is grateful
This lips will shout your praise
For all the many battles, you’ve already won for me
Your mercies never comes to an end
They are new every morning
JESUS ONWE ONYE DIKAGÍ
