TREM Devotional – Jesus Is Master Over Space

Dr. Mike Okonkwo TREM

Wisdom For The Day Devotional 1 October 2022 By Bishop Mike Okonkwo – Jesus Is Master Over Space

TOPIC: Jesus Is Master Over Space (TREM Devotional 1 October 2022)

“Jesus saith unto him, Go thy way; thy son liveth. And the man believed the word that Jesus had spoken unto him, and he went his way.” John 4:50 (KJV)

MESSAGE:

A nobleman whose son was sick and dying came to Jesus for help. Right there, Jesus spoke a Word, the noble believed and his son was brought back to life. I would that you will believe God. I would that you will trust Him, knowing that no matter what has come against you, it is not a surprise to God. No matter the challenge and no matter the problem, it is not a challenge to God.

According to the scriptures, the nobleman was returning home when he met his servant and they told him that his son lives. Upon enquiries, he found out that the son came back to life at exactly the same seventh hour when Jesus said, “go thy son liveth.” Jesus did not have to go to the place where the noble man’s son was because He is Lord and Master over space. Space does not hinder Him.

When the Lord speaks, whatever He speaks takes charge of the situation. His promises are assured that no matter what the challenges of life may be, you will always come out victoriously. The promises He gave you are enough to silence the voice of any storm. The devil will not stop your destiny. When storms of life start speaking, keep on trusting. Keep on laying hold to his promises! Keep on putting your eyes on Him. “They looked unto him, and were lightened: And their faces were not ashamed.”(Psalm 34:5 KJV)

Keep on celebrating the promises. Keep on speaking out the promises of God. Keep on declaring what He has told you. No matter the situation, speak out the promise. Speak the assurance He gave you. Keep on standing in the Word! God is not limited by your location. He is God over space.

Today, I speak healing and speak deliverance over your life. I speak breakthrough and favour in every area of your life. The Mighty Hand of God will touch you in a very unique way.

Seeds Of Destiny Devotional – The God Who Terminates Captivity

Seeds Of Destiny Devotional

Dunamis Seeds Of Destiny 1 October 2022 Devotional By Dr. Paul Enenche: The God Who Terminates Captivity

TOPIC: The God Who Terminates Captivity (Seeds Of Destiny 1 October 2022)

SCRIPTURE: If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. John 8:36

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Bondage cannot exist in God.

MESSAGE:

You are welcome to the tenth month of the year 2022, our year of Overflowing Grace and Glory.

October is a strategic month in the history of our dear nation, Nigeria. It is the month that marks the anniversary of our political independence from the colonial masters.

Therefore, in our study today, we shall look at the God who terminates captivity.

It has been confirmed that our God is the God of liberty or freedom. We serve a God who is a Specialist in the liberty of both lives and lands.

Let me give you few examples:

  1. He brought Israel out of the captivity of four hundred and thirty years in the land of Egypt (Exo.12:40-41).
  2. He terminated the captivity of Joseph who was bound in chains and imprisoned in the land of Egypt (Psalm 105: 20).
  3. He brought Paul and Silas out of prison (Acts 16:25-26).

Our God is the God of liberty. 2 Corinthians 3:17 says,
Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

There can be no bondage in God. Bondage cannot exist in God.

This is why Psalm 107:20 says,
He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.

So, it is fully established that no one can remain bound or tied around God.

In John 11:44, concerning Lazarus, Jesus said,
Loose him, and let him go.

In Luke 13:10-12, Jesus loosed a woman from her 18-year bondage and captivity of being bent over.

So, Jesus’ assignment is to set the captive free anywhere He finds them.

Beloved, I decree that you shall encounter the God who terminates captivity.

By the Apostolic and prophetic mantle on my life, I decree the termination of every form of captivity around your life, family and destiny. I decree the termination of any situation of captivity, bondage and setback in our nation, Nigeria, in Jesus’ Name.

Remember this: Bondage cannot exist in God.

ASSIGNMENTS:

  1. Go through today’s message thoughtfully and prayerfully again.
  2. Make demands on God to terminate every form of bondage, captivity, and limitation in your life.

PRAYER: Thank You Lord for the revelation of Your Word in today’s message. I ask that You terminate every situation of bondage, captivity, curse, spell and negative pattern in my life, and in our nation, Nigeria, Lord in Jesus’ Name.

DCLM Daily Manna – Truth Sets Free

Pastor W. F. Kumuyi

DCLM Daily Manna 1 October 2022 Devotional By Pastor W. F. Kumuyi — Truth Sets Free

TOPIC: Truth Sets Free (DCLM Daily Manna 1 October 2022)

TEXT: John 8:13-38 (KJV)

13 The Pharisees therefore said unto him, Thou bearest record of thyself; thy record is not true.

14 Jesus answered and said unto them, Though I bear record of myself, yet my record is true: for I know whence I came, and whither I go; but ye cannot tell whence I come, and whither I go.

15 Ye judge after the flesh; I judge no man.

16 And yet if I judge, my judgment is true: for I am not alone, but I and the Father that sent me.

17 It is also written in your law, that the testimony of two men is true.

18 I am one that bear witness of myself, and the Father that sent me beareth witness of me.

19 Then said they unto him, Where is thy Father? Jesus answered, Ye neither know me, nor my Father: if ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also.

20 These words spake Jesus in the treasury, as he taught in the temple: and no man laid hands on him; for his hour was not yet come.

21 Then said Jesus again unto them, I go my way, and ye shall seek me, and shall die in your sins: whither I go, ye cannot come.

22 Then said the Jews, Will he kill himself? because he saith, Whither I go, ye cannot come.

23 And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world.

24 I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.

25 Then said they unto him, Who art thou? And Jesus saith unto them, Even the same that I said unto you from the beginning.

26 I have many things to say and to judge of you: but he that sent me is true; and I speak to the world those things which I have heard of him.

27 They understood not that he spake to them of the Father.

28 Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things.

29 And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.

30 As he spake these words, many believed on him.

31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;

32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

33 They answered him, We be Abraham’s seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free?

34 Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.

35 And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever.

36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

37 I know that ye are Abraham’s seed; but ye seek to kill me, because my word hath no place in you.

38 I speak that which I have seen with my Father: and ye do that which ye have seen with your father.

KEY VERSE: “Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” – (John 8:31,32)

MESSAGE:

Herbert S. Agar, a U.S. writer states that “the truth which makes men free is for the most part the truth which men prefer not to hear.” Despite its great liberating and healing power, truth is regarded by many people as poison.

The Pharisees in our text accused Jesus of false record about Himself because they did not believe that He is the Messiah. Jesus used the law to justify His record, stating that the Father bears witness of Him, which confirms that His testimony is true because He came from God. He further went on to tell them that after crucifixion, they will know that He is the Son of God, because He will rise again the third day. Thereafter, He turned to those who believed on Him and encouraged them to continue in His word as evidence of discipleship and to know the truth, which gives complete freedom.

To know and have permanent freedom from sin, one must belong to, be in and continue with Christ. It is only when we continue that we will know the truth that truly sets free. It means we must continue in the faith – believing in God’s words to have everlasting life. Two, continue in faithfulness – bid permanent farewell to evil and Satan. Three, continue in fervency – not being lukewarm. The older you get, the more fervent and gracious you should become.

As a continuing believer in the truth, your determination, in spite of life challenges and wiles of the devil, should not wane. True freedom is found in the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:
Only abiding Christians are truly liberated.

TREM Devotional – Jesus Is The Master Over Time

Dr. Mike Okonkwo TREM

Wisdom For The Day Devotional 30 September 2022 By Bishop Mike Okonkwo – Jesus Is The Master Over Time

TOPIC: Jesus Is The Master Over Time (TREM Devotional 30 September 2022)

“When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knew;) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom,” John 2:9 (KJV)

MESSAGE:

The God we serve is the “I AM”! In other words, God is saying: whatever your need is; I AM. Jesus is the Resurrection and the Life. He will always show Himself in another dimension over your situation. He has the answer to every challenge of life.

According to the book of John 2:1-11, Jesus performed his first miracle at a wedding in Cana of Galilee. Jesus is the greatest asset you have in life because He is a solution provider. Jesus is the game-changer. And He can be trusted.

The key thing to notice in the account is the miracle of time. Jesus proved that he is the Master over time. You see, don’t ever worry over what your loss over the years or months maybe. Whatever the condition, God knows how to reverse it. He is the Master over time. He is the Master over circumstances. If you ask those who manufacture wine, they will tell you how long it takes. It takes time to be able to manufacture wine, more especially when it is a good wine. For instance, you’ve got to plant the grapes. Then you let the grapes mature before you can now begin to work on the grapes. And after you have squeezed wine out of the grapes, you now have to store it for several years. But there was no time as far as this miracle was concerned.

It was an instant miracle. It was a miracle that overruled time.

God will overrule time for you. God will cause time to work on your behalf. Time will favour you.

By the time the wine was brought, they notice that it was better than every other wine. The best part of your life is ahead of you. The best part of your life is yet coming. You will recover all. You will pursue, you will overtake and you will recover all.

Seeds Of Destiny Devotional – Revelation And Preservation By Prayer

Seeds Of Destiny Devotional

Dunamis Seeds Of Destiny 30 September 2022 Devotional By Dr. Paul Enenche: Revelation And Preservation By Prayer

TOPIC: Revelation And Preservation By Prayer (Seeds Of Destiny 30 September 2022)

SCRIPTURE: He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Psalm 91:1-2.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: You are not a wastable or destructible material if you are person of prayer.

MESSAGE:

The place of prayer in the life of a child of God cannot be undermined. Prayer is key to stability of life and destiny. This means, to stagger in prayer is to be unstable in life.

In our study today, I will give you two products of prayer.
i. The altar of prayer is the altar of revelation
In Jeremiah 33:3, the Bible says, Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.

At the place of prayer, your spiritual eyes can be opened; your understanding can be opened at the place of prayer. Prayer fertilizes spiritual sensitivity. The altar of prayer fertilizes the altar of revelation. For example, it was at the altar of prayer that I got the details of the revelation of my marriage and Ministry. Many things are revealed at the altar of prayer; many things happen at the altar of revelation.

ii. The altar of prayer is the altar of preservation
In Psalm 91:1-2, the Bible says, He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

This means, you are not permitted to be wasted like chicken if you know what it means to pray. The altar of prayer is the altar of preservation. You are not a wastable or destructible material if you are person of prayer.

Remember this: You are not a wastable or destructible material if you are person of prayer.

ASSIGNMENTS:

  1. Connect to the preservation power of God by prayer.
  2. Make up your mind to go up in life by engaging in ceaseless, tireless prayer.

PRAYER: Lord, I ask that You baptise me afresh with the Spirit of prayer. Help me to be vibrant in prayer to experience Divine revelation and preservation, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

DCLM Daily Manna – Wise But Foolish

Pastor W. F. Kumuyi

DCLM Daily Manna 30 September 2022 Devotional By Pastor W. F. Kumuyi — Wise But Foolish

TOPIC: Wise But Foolish (DCLM Daily Manna 30 September 2022)

TEXT: 1 Corinthians 3:19-23 (KJV)

19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.

20 And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain.

21 Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are your’s;

22 Whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all are your’s;

23 And ye are Christ’s; and Christ is God’s.

KEY VERSE: “For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.” – (1 Corinthians 3:19).

MESSAGE:

As valuable as rubies are, the Bible tells us that wisdom is far better and more valuable. No earthly treasure can compare to the wisdom God gives. Despite the fact that Solomon was a very wise king whose wisdom came from God, he fell into foolish acts when he deviated from the instructions of the Lord. Solomon breached God’s commandments on marriage. He married seven hundred wives and had three hundred concubines, most of whom were of heathen nations that God forbade Israel to marry. Thereafter, he started building shrines for those wives where they burnt incense to their strange gods.

The wisdom of men is foolishness before God, who knows the vanity of their thoughts and deeds. We are, therefore, admonished not to “glory in men”. Believers’ faith must not stand in the wisdom of men, because the wisdom of this world and its princes will come to nought.

God desires that men should have the true wisdom, which makes them think of the brevity of life and of an endless eternity. Today, most people are preoccupied with worldly achievements, which is in line with Bible prophecy that knowledge shall increase at the end of time. Many remarkable feats have been attained in science and technology, space explorations, medicine, etc. However, all these seem to be leading people away from the true wisdom of seeking God and His ways.

The worldly-wise who do not seek the true wisdom of God will lose out at the end of time. Those who are wise today are those who seek Jesus. Have you sought Him? Have you found Him? Sinners can find Him through repentance and faith in His atoning blood.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:
Worldly wisdom only leads to a regrettable end.

Gospel Singer, Veeki Royce Celebrates Birthday Today

Gospel singer and songwriter, Bandele Kehinde Victoria widely known as Veeki Royce is celebrating her birthday today.

Veeki Royce who used to be a secular artist ventured into the Gospel music scene in 2021 with her debut 5-track extended playlist, “The Call”. Her latest tune, “Oba” is still making massive airplay.

God told me sometimes in March to leave circular music and sing for him. At that moment I know my life changed because I no longer operate in flesh but in the power of God, and I’m glad I obeyed because this is just the beginning. For I have come to stay not as an entertainer but as a minister of the Gospel of Christ, she had revealed.

We could as well say that this is Veeki Royce’s first birthday as a full-fledged Gospel music minister.

Seeds Of Destiny Devotional – Soul-Winning Through Testimonies And Evidence Outreach

Seeds Of Destiny Devotional

Dunamis Seeds Of Destiny 28 September 2022 Devotional By Dr. Paul Enenche: Soul-Winning Through Testimonies And Evidence Outreach

TOPIC: Soul-Winning Through Testimonies And Evidence Outreach (Seeds Of Destiny 28 September 2022)

SCRIPTURE: O give thanks unto the LORD; call upon his name: make known his deeds among the people Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him: talk ye of all his wondrous works. Psalm 105:1-2.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Making known to the world what God has done is a method of evangelism or soul-winning.

MESSAGE:

Our anchor Scripture reveals that testimonies and evidence outreaches are a powerful method of soul-winning. Making known to the world what God has done is a method of evangelism or soul-winning. That was what the leper in Mark Chapter One did when he was healed by Jesus.

But he went out, and began to publish it much, and to blaze abroad the matter, insomuch that Jesus could no more openly enter into the city, but was without in desert places: and they came to him from every quarter. Mark 1:45

Imagine that! One man’s testimony brought people from every quarter. Testimonies and evidence outreach are crucial keys to the salvation of the lost.

The woman of Samaria was another example.
John 4:28-30 says,
28 The woman then left her waterpot, and went her way into the city, and saith to the men,
29 Come, see a man, which told me all things that ever I did: is not this the Christ?
30 Then they went out of the city, and came unto him.

When she gave the testimony of how Jesus saved her, the whole city went out and followed her because of her testimony.

Beloved, the testimony could be your own testimony or another person’s testimony. For example, you could tell someone, “Beloved, something happened in church last week. I was in church and a woman was brought in on a wheelchair. After the message, the pastor prayed for her and commanded her to walk. To the amazement of all, she got up from her wheelchair and began to walk.”

Do you know why this is important? Not everybody may be able to preach but everyone can tell a story. Just tell a story; share a testimony and you will win souls for God.

Remember this: Making known to the world what God has done is a method of evangelism or soul-winning.

ASSIGNMENTS:

  1. Don’t hesitate to share the wondrous works of God to relatives, friends, and other loved ones.
  2. Every testimony is a message; therefore, understand the message that every testimony is preaching.

PRAYER: Lord, I receive the grace to publicise your good works to my generation, in Jesus’ Name.

FOR FURTHER UNDERSTANDING, GET THIS MESSAGE: THE METHOD OR MODALITY OF SOUL-WINNING.

QUOTE: Look at yourself as a weapon, and that means, your testimony matters, your integrity matters, and your message matters, because you are a weapon not just a person. Culled from “THOU ART MY BATTLE AXE” by Dr Paul Enenche.

DAILY BIBLE READING: Habakkuk 2-Zephaniah 1.

AMAZING FACT: On average, your spinal cord stops growing at 4 years old. Your spinal cord, which consists of a bundle of nervous tissue and support cells, is responsible for sending messages from your brain throughout your body.

PROPHETIC WORD/DECLARATION: May the Lord give you and your loved ones, testimonies that will draw multitudes unto Himself in Jesus Name.

DCLM Daily Manna – All Hail The Marvellous Creator

Pastor W. F. Kumuyi

DCLM Daily Manna 28 September 2022 Devotional By Pastor W. F. Kumuyi — All Hail The Marvellous Creator

TOPIC: All Hail The Marvellous Creator (DCLM Daily Manna 28 September 2022)

TEXT: Hebrews 1:1-10 (KJV)

1 God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,

2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;

3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high:

4 Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.

5 For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?

6 And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.

7 And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.

8 But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.

9 Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.

10 And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands:

KEY VERSE: “And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands.” – (Hebrews 1:10).

MESSAGE:

In the year 2020, astronomers using the hubble space telescope discovered a new star and caused a lot of excitement in scientific circles. According to them, this star, which they named “Icarus”, is said to be located at 13.4 billion light years from the earth. So, the distance of “Icarus” from the earth is 10.915 trillion kilometres, multiplied by 13.4 billion! Remember, that is not yet up to heaven. But the angels can come from heaven to the earth in a matter of seconds! (Daniel 10:12,13). Such is the power of God.

Our text reveals the majesty of God and the glorious image inherent in His Son “whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds”. Christ is portrayed as the “brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person”. He is our Propitiator who had by Himself “purged our sins, [and] sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high”. Christ’s throne is forever and a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of His kingdom. He laid the foundation of the earth in the beginning, and will fold them up eventually while He remains ever the same.

The wonders of God’s creations are a great beauty to behold. He made the angels, and all men, the rising and setting sun, the golden moonlight, the beautiful roses, the waterfalls, the vast oceans, the gentle breeze we enjoy as we relax, the rain showers that soften the ground and make it bring forth and bud, the animal kingdom, the vast vegetation, the star filled night sky, etc. These are just a part of what our wonderful Creator has made. He gave us eyes to see them and lips that we might tell how great the Almighty, who has done all things well, is.

Therefore, believers need to adore God to whom they owe their existence. An attitude of gratitude is always pleasing to Him as it makes us to praise Him. There is no sweeter song in His ear than the song of one who blesses Him. If you can only praise God today, you will experience marvellous things that will utterly astonish you.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:
Praising God is a mark of gratitude.

TREM Devotional – God’s Plans For You Will Not Be Truncated

Dr. Mike Okonkwo TREM

Wisdom For The Day Devotional 27 September 2022 By Bishop Mike Okonkwo – God’s Plans For You Will Not Be Truncated

TOPIC: God’s Plans For You Will Not Be Truncated (TREM Devotional 27 September 2022)

“When Jesus heard that, he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby.” John 11:4 (KJV)

MESSAGE:

I believe that God has great and robust plans for everyone. He has great plans for you in your business, in your marriage, in your health, in your financial life, and different areas of your life. God started the journey of your life. It is not you who started it. He started it and He will perfect it.

According to the account in the book of John chapter 11, Jesus was invited by Martha and Mary to come and lay hands on Lazarus who was sick unto death. And Jesus delayed a bit before He finally decided to go there. When He arrived, Martha said: “…Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died.” (John 11:21 KJV). In other words, Martha was telling Jesus that His late coming has brought a hopeless situation to her and her sister.

Beloved, our God is the Alpha and the Omega. He is the resurrection and the life Himself. He is God all by Himself and He is never limited by distance, space, or any condition. He can turn any situation around. He can turn any challenge around. No matter how bad and no matter how tough it is, the God that you and I serve can turn it around. No matter how devastating your condition is and no matter how hopeless, God knows how to turn a hopeless situation around.

When Jesus got to the tomb of Lazarus, He did the unusual and the bad situation was turned around. “And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with grave clothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go.” (John 11:43-44 KJV).

Lazarus’ future was not truncated in the grave.

His future was secured even in the grave. God’s plan for us can never fail no matter the situation.

Seeds Of Destiny Devotional – Accessing Spiritual Information And Understanding By Praying In The Spirit

Seeds Of Destiny Devotional

Dunamis Seeds Of Destiny 27 September 2022 Devotional By Dr. Paul Enenche: Accessing Spiritual Information And Understanding By Praying In The Spirit

TOPIC: Accessing Spiritual Information And Understanding By Praying In The Spirit (Seeds Of Destiny 27 September 2022)

SCRIPTURE: What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also. 1 Corinthians 14:15.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: When you pray in the Spirit, you saturate your spirit with information and understanding.

MESSAGE:

The Scripture makes it clear that praying in the Spirit irrigates the spirit of man with information and understanding.

When you pray in the Spirit, you saturate your spirit with information and understanding. The more you pray in the Spirit, the more lighted you become.

Oral Roberts said it was by praying in tongues and praying in understanding that he realised he was to build the Oral Roberts University.

Praying in the Spirit irrigates the spirit of man with information and understanding.

1 Corinthians 14:15 says,
What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also.

As you continue to pray in the Spirit, a time will come when you begin to have depths of understanding. I began to operate in the prophetic realm many years ago after praying in the Spirit. In the closet, I prayed in the Spirit for a long time to a point where I began to speak in English, the things I didn’t mediate on. Words were coming to me spontaneously as if I was speaking in tongues.

So, you can pray in the Spirit and also pray in understanding. Praying abundantly in the Spirit is key to Divine Direction.

Beloved, receive the grace to pray abundantly in the Spirit, in Jesus’ Name.

Remember this: When you pray in the Spirit, you saturate your spirit with information and understanding.

ASSIGNMENTS:

  1. Saturate your spirit with Divine information by praying in the Spirit.
  2. Make praying in the Spirit your habit.

PRAYER: Lord, I ask for the grace and passion to pray consistently in the Spirit. Pour on me the Spirit of prayer and supplication, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

FOR FURTHER UNDERSTANDING, GET THIS MESSAGE: POSTURE (POSITIONING) FOR DIVINE DIRECTION (PART 1)

QUOTE: You cannot just face your congregation and neglect your generation. Every Ministry should have the nation where she operates as a major intercessory prayer agenda. Culled from “THOU ART MY BATTLE AXE” by Dr Paul Enenche.

DAILY BIBLE READING: Nahum 2-Habakkuk 1.

AMAZING FACT: Sixty percent of the human brain is made of fat. Not only does that make it the fattiest organ in the human body, but these fatty acids are crucial for your brain’s performance. Make sure you’re fuelling it appropriately with healthy, brain-boosting nutrients.

PROPHETIC WORD/DECLARATION: Receive access to depths of spiritual information and understanding as you engage in praying in the Spirit in Jesus Name.

DCLM Daily Manna – The All In All

Pastor W. F. Kumuyi

DCLM Daily Manna 27 September 2022 Devotional By Pastor W. F. Kumuyi — The All In All

TOPIC: The All In All (DCLM Daily Manna 27 September 2022)

TEXT: Colossians 1:10-19 (KJV)

10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;

11 Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;

12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:

13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:

14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:

15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:

16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:

17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

19 For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;

KEY VERSE: “For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him” (Colossians 1:16).

MESSAGE:

In the world today, some rulers are described as despots, imperial majesties, royal highnesses, paramount rulers, field marshal or grand commanders. We have acclaimed world powers with veto powers and authority, and eminent personalities distinguished with highest order, yet they cannot be classified as “The All in All”. They are all subject to laws of nature and limitations in different spheres of life. The likes of Pharaoh, Sennacherib, Nebuchadnezzar and Herod with acclaimed absolute powers and prowess were humiliated by God.

In Christ Jesus, we find the One who is the All in All. “In whom we have redemption through his blood”; “by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by Him, and for Him”. Truly, He is the All in All. He “is before all things, and by Him all things consist… and in him should all fulness dwell”.

The understanding of these facts in our passage made Apostle Paul, among other things, to passionately pray for the believers in Colosse, that they might walk worthy of the Lord and be fruitful in every good work while they increase in the knowledge of God.

Anyone who is saved by Christ cannot continue in his sinful ways. Rather, once he understands the ultimate sacrifice God made for him, he should respond with a grateful desire to please Him in all things.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:
Christ’s preeminence demands eminent lifestyle.
